- British police are searching for a man in connection with the murders of three women whose bodies were found inside a house northwest of London Tuesday night. Police said Kyle Clifford, 26, may still be armed with a crossbow and warn the public not to approach him. The victims were the wife and two adult daughters of John Hunt, a commentator on BBC Racing, CBS News' partner network BBC News said.

Guns in the hands of everybody means that anybody can shoot a lot of people in a few minutes, as the recurrent news from the States prove. Do British kids do "active shooter drills," like the American ones do? No, because it is *unnecessary.* How many mass shootings in the States have been committed by *criminals?* None. Regular shootings between gangs barely make international headlines - mass shootings certainly do. And it's always a disgruntled former employee, a kid who was bullied at the high-school, a teen who had a rough time at college, someone who hated LGBTQ people, or wanted to start an ethnic conflict - many times the motive remains unknown. The only thing in common is, they were law-abiding citizens until the minute they started shooting. Having a gun in your hand all day long will not make you safe.
Because you are not taking into account how many cases of family arguments and other personal problems turned into homicides, fatal accidents and suicides, just because someone had a gun available.

UK has banned pretty much all types of knives that are not kitchen knives. No firearms, no exceptions. Yet they have people getting killed with screwdrivers, hammers, kitchen knives (the irony), box cutters etc.
