100% Agreed. Just a perfect breeding ground to consistently produce absolute ANIMALS on the mat/in the cage that fight with scientific precision and primal instinct combined. To the untrained eye it looks all chill and casual. But if you know what you're looking at.. it should be f*cking terrifying. Western cultures greatest downfall is the relentless narcissistic celebration of our own egos. These guys aren't down for that shit. Too busy working hard together as a team. Discipline over talent. Humility over ego. I wouldn't be surprised if every single one of those men has a gold strap wrapped around their waist in the next decade. In fact I'd be very surprised if they didn't. Look forward to watching these guys change the landscape in their divisions. I'm kind of sick of the cartoon-like character idiots that seem to hog the limelight all the time. When I was in Thailand at a grappling comp one dagestani had issues with a ref and an argument ensued. In 10seconds he had his 15 brothers with him ready for whatever. The brotherhood is admirable and scary for the other guys haha.

I myself am more of a classical western liberal and yet even I respect all people the world over who champion family, tradition, the wisdom of our elders and so forth.
This is why I love the Dagestan athletes and the legacy of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov.

But I'd wager that, when it comes to American audiences, there are more fans regularly watching MMA than soccer, fans who take great interest in the cultures that produce prominent figures such as St-Pierre, Silva, the Gracies, Nurmagomedov, Ngannou, McGregor, etc.....I mean, getting we Americans to take interest in other cultures is no easy task. 😅 But Khabib is among those athletes who captures our attention, without compromising his integrity or dishonoring where he came from.
In other words, I couldn't care less if the rest of the world embraces low IQ "rap culture"...and I love hip hop. Funny, that.

Islam has all qualities being a champion.. I became so big fan of Khabib. I couldn't relate the exact meaning of his name. I know he has big plans to execute for Islam as well.
