On the news theres talk about "designer babies" and one of the things they considered was making children "taller". I thought to myself "whats the point"? If everyone were the taller than they currently are, if 6'1 became average height 50 years from now, that would merely make 5'10 the new short. It's not as if we can artificially dictate how tall you'll be at puberty - there are no genes for "6'4". There are merely genes associated with "tall" and others with "short". In the end, statistics will spread us out, and a new group of people, considered tall today, would now be conidered short. It's stupid. Accept yourself as you are and stop trying to be taller, or thinner, or have a nicer face. You restrict yourself and your growth as a person by obsessing about those sort of things.

I was turning left, very few lights(no crosswalk at the place im turning through) a black man dressed in what looked like all black(it was 9PM) was crossing the street. I didn't see him until my lights hit him about 10 ft away. Him and I got very lucky
