I just spent several hours this weekend using this product, and I have learned that using a flat surface item (I just used a birthday card I had) to level out the product in the crack and a brush to brush away the excess without going over the crack does the best job. The crack doesn’t disappear unless it’s a true hairline. Wider cracks don’t…but honestly, the point is to prevent it from getting worse…and it looks a lot better than the cracks did. I’ll be interested to see if the shading around the cracks goes away over time. I also think you could go over the areas around the crack with a firm bristle brush and scrape away the excess product to lighten up the color difference some. Overall, I’m pleased. It’s super easy to use, and you start to understand how best to apply it. I do recommend taking time with it and using the spout that came with the bottle rather than just dumping it. Precision application does make it look better in the end.
All good comments. I agree, it will not "hide" the crack as shown on the bottle, but like you, I am more interested in filling it to keep water from making the crack worst. Several people commented about using the spout so I did try that and it worked well to direct the product into the crack, but I still used a brush to get ride of the excess before applying water. My concrete is gray and the Magic Crack appears more Yellow or Tan, You can definitely see it.
I think it will work for what I need. The depth of cracks vary. So like sand in a hour glass it has to fill in. I think a little over the crack will eventually wear down to even. Nice demo. I've done a few YT demos to and my dog got into them. Thanks for the vid.
I can still see the crack from the start. Should you keep filing and brushing until the crack is not visible and "even" with the major area around the crack itself? There has to be a threshold to where no more crack will show when the depth is filled, then spray the material and follow up until it is virtually blended. My concrete is three years old and still looks whiteish, and after pressure washing some moldy places looks as new. Any response from users or the narrator is welcomed. Yes, I'm OCD and want it "right"!
Interesting how the product continued to work its way down (perhaps very fine grain) after initially looking nice and flat. I suppose that is a very good trait for the product to have. I am thinking if I use this product, I will take a hammer and protective layer and tap all sides to assist the product working its way down. Time will tell how strong this is relative to actual concrete.
I am planning on doing a 6 month review. Just one month to go, but so far it has performed well. The concrete slab has moved some more which has made the crack open up again, but that is not the fault of the magic crack.
Yeah, to hell with the instructions. Instead of cutting the nozzle to apply, just unscrew the cap and waste a whole bunch of it. And use whatever you want to apply it, forget the demo.

if its a deep crack you can use foam batting to fill the crack and then us the magic crack or other product on top.

Thanks. I will need to fill it some more. I really wanted to try to keep water out of the crack
Has anyone compared this magic crack filler against polymeric sand? Is it the same thing essentially? Better? Worse?
Will the magic crack filler absorb sealer and cooling for an indoor flooring. Also will it polish. Thank you!
The guy doing the demo on the info commercial used a scraper instead of a brush.

I just ordered some and then found your test. I’ll post my test when I get a chance. Thanks
so far it was worked well.
is there a minimum temperature to work with?
I don't think so. Its a dry powder and you sprits it with water. I would say above freezing.
Works better with a card or plastic putty knife. The paint brush just brushes it all away 🌬️
Yes! And use the nozzle that came with it.
This question might sound weird but. How is the crack going? I’m interested in the product performance.

Magic crack filler was my nickname in high school.
LOL
Nice Demo… Thank You!
hope it helped
You needed way more to start with if you can see the crack when you first start spraying you're way too thin
The best part about this product is you can refill it for free if you live near a beach
I did go back and refill and t looks good. Just wondering when the slab will stop moving.
Follow directions
Well, definitely does not hide the crack
I luv the Crocs 🐊 😂
Where’s your Magic Card?
You would have been better off with polymeric sand if that's not what that is.
thanks

haha, instructions are for girls. Thanks for the feedback
Also don’t use a brush. It will eject everything from within the crack. NEXT REVIEW VIDEO! (Fail)
