Love it!!!! Awesome video. I have a Trek Speed Concept coming in 2 weeks because of you! Tell the sponsors! lol. The biggest shocker is it looks like your flying American and the flight was on time! :)
I saw some objective testing somewhere in RUclips and they came to a conclusion that calf sleeves that are too tight are less effective. The ridges on the sleeve are what trip the air up and if the sleeve is too tight the ridges are diminished. Just a thought if the sleeves you were using felt really tight
I think the issue for each person can vary, so exercises can vary. We focused on the hip capsule, and mobilizing that. I will have to post a short video with some of the movements to better explain!
Interesting. Back in the day when I raced at Kona I went with non-aero helmet and was so glad I did. Consumed 220oz+ on the bike and still not enough !
great video and good luck this upcoming season!!
this will pay off in the long run
Wish you the best for the coming season, Ben!
Great video with a little bit of everything. Sounds like the mentality is super strong also.
Old skool collection of helmets on tunnel rack. They need to upgrade . I had that Spuik 15-20 years ago
Thanks for sharing this.

"Stuck in beautiful North Carolina right now" - I say this every day.
😂 North Carolina is pretty awesome, but that day was pretty rough
checking all the boxes
Keep up the good work!

What kinds of things are you doing for the SI joint?

@@teamkanute that would be great! I've been having si issues over the last year & ended up with a sacral stress fracture last spring
What was the difference between the two Rudy helmets ?
I’ll have to check exactly, close enough to potentially think about using it if my body heats up super fast on the bike.

very sad the sound mixing is obnoxious.. voice vs music is a huge difference
