When Xianyun was comforting the traveler, I just had felt the same feeling I've had when my mother comforted me when I was down. I couldn't help but cry more when she comforted the traveler when I was alr tearing up when the traveler got to see her twin again in her dreams. Xianyun is definitely well suited to be a mother like my own, her character story is by far one the the best character stories I have ever seen. Pls, all of you, cherish your mom and dad, they are your number one roll models. Your elders are the most wisest people that can help you live your life to the fullest. Props to you Genshin Devs

Not to get angsty but the Traveller likely wouldn't take Paimon with them given the fact they've seen the birth and death of stars yet don't even consider themselves old enough to drink alcohol and so wouldn't want to endure the pain of having to see themselves outlive Paimon
MY HEART… I remember seeing this live on my stream once 4.4 was live, bro I literally was shedding tears like Aether in those moments (Aether was the Traveler I picked fyi). This is one of the most heartfelt and reminiscent Character Story Quests I truly enjoyed from start to finish!
I wanted to cry watching this. Seeing the twins look so happy together compared to now is just so sad, the traveler is probably heartbroken and confused as to why everything changed so much between them. It hurts :(

This already confirms that despite being twins, Lumine is the younger one and Aether is the older one and the cutscenes with the twins is the same, with one having all white and other has the element its using
They are both excited to meet each other. But they are applying gender bias where men are holding their emotional harder than female.. Which is not wrong though.

I actually cried. Whenever I see just how much the Traveler misses their twin, I always get really emotional. Maybe it's because I have a brother whom I care about a lot. He's been my best friend for as long as I can remember. If something happened to him, I don't know what I would do. Back when I was pretty new to Genshin, and I got to the part where we see that our twin is with the Abyss Order, that really shook me up too. I went right to my brother and told him how much he means to me.
Dreams like this…..bring hope….that one’s journey…. WILL BE ACHIEVED. Lumine and Aether will finally be reunited one day….Hope….must remain that way to the very end of its existence…

I like that no matter which sibling you choose, Lumine jumps into her brother’s arms. It was really nice to see the traveler show some emotion and actually talk during an emotional scene instead of Paimon talking for them. Also Cloud Retainer is the best Mom.

In Caribert's Quest, this is the Twin of the Abyss before the order on a journey with Dainsleif, had this dream. Although most likely they have similar dreams.

That's because they're Home to each other, they care about one another like literally their other half. It's been some time since I've seen this dynamic between twins, and in the context of them having separated and being on opposite sides. That's interesting. :D
