I talk about the advantages and disadvantages of manual and cordless grease guns basing my experience on the Bauer Cordless Grease Gun and the Milwaukee M12 Cordless Grease Gun. Ultimately I think DIYER's will find they don't need a cordless grease gun and it's just overkill where I think people with heavy equipment that is used regularly will find it to be a huge upgrade to a manual grease gun.

Derek, you’re causing me a problem! I really want to get a Bauer grease gun, and had just about talked myself into it (like maybe during the upcoming tent sale), but after watching this, I’m having a “crisis of conscience”. Truly, I’m a “DIYer” with not THAT many zerks to grease, and I can’t (or at least shouldn’t!) justify the cost. Even though it’s NOT what I wanted to hear, I’m glad I watched this. Thanks for your candor, your common sense, and your content (as always).

Hey at the end of the day if you have the money, go get yourself something you’d like! But if you’re on a tight budget and especially if you’d go without something getting a cordless grease gun, it’s probably not worth it when you can get a manual gun.
