When they caught him he was incarcerated! Figures!
I was living on Franklin then ( I was 14 ) . She was abducted about a block from our apartment. A Austin TV station ( I cant recall which one now ) had a Crime Stoppers segment and filmed a reenactment of the crime. They blocked off the street at night and we watched them do it, Ill never forget it.
Glad they finally figured out who did it. It was loooooooong overdue.
