Hello! I have been a TTTE fan since I was 5 or 6. Recently, the YT algorithm found out I like Thomas, and has recommended me mother else since. I found The Unlucky Tug, Train Boy, and now you. As someone who has decided to make a train table in my man cave, this is an amazing introduction to making my own trains. Thank you so much!
This was so heartwarming and hilarious to watch 😂. I honestly did NOT expect to get name dropped during this. I can't tell you how happy that makes me. You're such an important figure to have in this community, helping bridge the gap in knowledge that some may not have. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for you.
Jon all I can say is, well done. You literally took the humor and seriousness out of this video, which made my day. I love when people explain how they model this, or that. It's just so fascinating, again well done.
This is such a great video. My son absolutely loved seeing Thomas brought to life. He has autism and Thomas makes him feel the way you recall feeling including safe. I appreciate you bleeping words your younger audience should not hear. Thank you.
that's so nice to hear. i'm really happy your son (and i hope you as well) enjoyed the video. Side note: I also include cursing in my videos (even bleeped out) because i believes it conveys a level of emotion and comedy i can't without it.
@@Elsbridgeworkshop I don’t want any involvement with the TTTE community anymore. I’ve moved on with my life. I am continuing to model just as I always have. I have intentions to turn my RUclips channel into something just for documentation purposes. I MIGHT continue uploading build logs & build logs only. No more videos will have voice overs or any fancy editing. I’m tired of being harassed by people when all I want to do is live my life now. The editing and the pace was perfect! The way each section of the script was written and transitioned into one another really kept my attention the whole time. I have a similar story relating to how I got back into Thomas the Tank Engine, and I've actually wanted to make a prop accurate replica for some time as well. It's like this video was made for me 😄 I'm Glad I found your channel man.
Damn, this looks great. I'd love to see James like this too. Also Seasons 7-12 were my childhood. The music is what brought me back into the fandom, and also the amazing unique style of the models. Glad to see that TTTE brings you joy, as it does with me too.
Out of the all of the Gauge 1 Replicas I've seen on twitter, yours is probably my favorite because it accurately resembles the era of Thomas I grew up with, The HIT Era. Here's to hoping you make more engines, Jon!
Lord, this is legit amazing. Everyday I see so much inspiring stuff from this fandom and I'm so thankful for it. Hope to see the model inspire others dude
That truly is an outstanding model man, serious well done to you! I hope it gives you many happy hours of running and a big grin on your face! And thanks so much for the mention at the end! The segment talking about how people make mistakes, even with model trains was very well said. As an artist, I can relate to every word that you talked about.
I've watched this video so many times, but I'm always amazed every time. Your model of Thomas is absolutely amazing, and proves that you don't really need to spend thousands on legt Marklin parts....thank you for inspiring me and many others to try modelmaking!!
