I've been lucky enough to meet and see Senba perform several, times in Japan. I even interviewed him once when he was doing a tsugumi workshop in Setagaya. I specially remember a performance by Haniwa and one of the girls of Pink Lady, OMG that was simply monumental. Big kudos to the great and unfortunately late Raymond Larrett, the one who uploaded all these Haniwa All Stars clips many years ago. RIP Raymond.

You can find it in Haniwachan’s album Hanashibari. It’s about a field day for animals. (Lyrics by Ogawa Mishio the singer herself, music by Kume Daisaku (here rearranged by Semba Kiyohiko of course).
That's actually Itakura Bun, guitarist from Chakra, who later often collaborated with Mishio Ogawa on different albums (including her solo albums from 90s!)

Pretty sure it's Mishio Ogawa, Her solo albums are very good, and her work as Chakra's lead vocalist is excellent.
Amazon JP has this dvd and it is indeed Michiko Kimoto. This song was originally on the album Kanashibari by Haniwa-Chan
