- Ok it's ironic that on my Xenoblade video i was screaming about Fire Emblem and NOW on my Fire Emblem video I'm screaming about Xenoblade LMAO. IN HD!!! ON THE SWITCH!!!! Such fantastic, unbelievable news, even though it took me literally five years to beat the game I am really looking forward to going through it again with all the updated graphics!!! =D When the news hit yesterday I immediately pushed aside all Fire Emblem and Castlevania and Tactics stuff for the time being to resurrect some older Xenoblade stuff I was working on but never got around to and I'm so pumped to work on them again!!!!
I don't want to completely fall off the wagon with all these games coming out though or else stuff will never get done so this past month or so I have been picking at a lot of Three Houses stuff, as you might have seen on my twitter, because that OST just SLAPS and i like, LOVE EVERY SINGLE TRACK. It's been ruining my productivity in the worst way ahhhh!!!! I started Edge of Dawn first, but the starting monastery theme just wormed its way into my brain because of all that time you spend returning lost items and playing messenger boy and bribing kids to join your house....lol....anyways. It works really well on piano but actually learning to execute it properly was a real doozy for me because it's like playing Mozart with all the finesse involved sob. I'm proud of my ending though! You might recognize a bit of a familiar tune in there hahaha!!! I have like 10-12 other FE3H arrangements in the works lol and excited to share them with you guys!
As for the game I put 92 hours into the Blue Lions route and finished it about a week ago and decided my boy Dimitri and his crew created a satisfactory future and I can't bear to play another route where I'd potentially have to kill them, especially if I can't get my eternal boyfriends Sylvain and Felix, so I'm not touching it for a while lol. Besides I was kind of burned out after 92 hours and I need to get back to finishing Bloodstained. I haven't even bought Astral Chain yet i can't keep up!!!!

I love how this theme gets boring around ch.10, but at the end game you really miss it thinking about how lively it was in the early chapters, with all the students, especially the one you had to kill...
Anyway I'm looking forward to your other covers! (10/12 sounds like a lot :o I wonder which ones you picked..)
hahahahahaha i know right???? I recruited everybody i could but ended up killing Petra, Caspar, Lindhardt and Ferdinand (sobs)...although I am also working on another monastery theme lmao the one that happens after the ball in December. That one was just so beautiful I couldn't resist. It'll be a while before I get to them all hahaha and some of them might end up being duets/trios with my string player buddies if i can't get them to work solo!

After playing so much Three Houses, this theme has started to feel a lot like home to me.

Brings me memories, I am nearing the very end of Crimson Flower, it’s so depressing not hearing this song and walking through the monastery with only the black eagles and my recruited students, I miss having everyone and having to kill a bunch of the students I really grew to love but never got the chance to recruit.

@@purpleschala Only played a couple hours of it, but so far I'm having a blast! The music is pretty great and surprisingly varied, while still fitting the sci-fi/detective story setting, and I love the overall visual style. Gameplay seems fun too, but it's still a bit early for me to judge that.
Absolutely wonderful :) Too many amazing games are coming out back to back, haven't gotten FE 3H because tbh I haven't played one before so I would like to give this a try one day. Only played Xenoblade Chronicle X and was holding off on getting/playing Xenoblade Chronicle 2 because I haven't played the first one XD. I got Astral Chain but haven't gotten far because I'm getting quite busy with my own music stuff.

Did someone just say Fire Emblem? Oh hi, yes, this arrangement is great. I wish I could say I've been jamming out to the Three Houses soundtrack, but I haven't been connecting as much with it. That being said I didn't realize how familiar I was with this song until you started playing it. Somehow got me nostalgic even though it's such a recent thing, I'm not even done with my second play through

I went BE first, so there really wasn't as much plot to be had, lol. I'm doing GD right now, and I'm almost to the timeskip. They really pulled off the tragic feeling much better than fates this time round. I end up caring about all these characters just because they went to my school, so I feel bad killing anyone.
Except maybe Lorenz, I'd kill him.

Spot on playing and a really effective and uncommonly vivid track from that universe. I can see the challenges you describe at being Mozart level white knuckle ride frustrating, these types of passages and works are the sort of dandelion picking version of piano pieces, simple idea , but very easy to move too fast or not smooth enough or sneeze and ruin the whole thing ....
Keep it, you've reached a sort of piano limit break w this one , let it loose!
