    I sometimes emotionally miss the foods, that I eliminated after I started to eat consciously. But my body is not at all eager to consume any of them

    Since I started eating consciously I began noticing the changes in the way my body was responding to the food I ate. Giving reverence to the food while cooking and consuming it makes a huge difference in the way I feel. Fresh-energized……dead-very unmotivated. Thank you Sadhguru 🙏🏼🪷🙏🏼

    If one day we see McDonald's drive thru selling fresh vegetables and fruits, and than being payed whit a bown down and a namaskar salutation, that is gonna be signs of a new world for them and for us too 🙂

    Wheat is the problem. Meat is the solution.
    Vegetarians eat too much carbohydrates to gain basic nutrition.
    Meat eaters need a little meat to get the protein.
    Vegetarians do not have enough knowledge to advise on nutrition

      The amount of carbs and wheat products you have to eat is high volume to get all the nutrition you need.
      Diabetes and heart disease is from sugar, starch, corn, sweat meats, jalebi, sikand, halwa, penda, cereal.... and fruits.

      1. Wheat
      2. Sugar
      3. Salt.
      The liver's tolerance for fructose is limited . Cell Biology.
      Fruit after dinner is converted to fat .
      Breakfast switchs off the glycogen stores. This then becomes fat.
      Many fat people have low albumin levels due to protein calorie malnutrition.
      High protein is obtained from full cream milk, cheese and boiled eggs.
      Steak and lamb cooked with butter and pepper has high nutritional value. SO had shrimp and 🐠.
      Chilies, garlic, ginger and tumeric have anti-oxidant properties.
      First practice Sankhya yoga before bhakti yoga.
      Chapter 2 -(chapter 12 + chapter 4) = chapter 3.

      ​@@charlesdarwin5185 Diabetes does not originate from fruits and vegetables, in principle it originates from a series of stresses that gradually create chronic diseases, when such a condition develops, the human body becomes sensitive to many things. What you are saying cannot be understood that way, because it is not the real picture of things. People make mistakes in many ways, one of them is old, processed food, but there is also a deeper cause of the disorder. Fresh fruits and vegetables do not lead to any disorder, unlike consuming large amounts of meat.
