Hi Taevis, thanks for all the videos you make! I am not sure if I need a wide board. Could you please tell your boot size (mondopoint) and the size of your Nitro Team Pro board? I would appreciate it a lot!
i ride a 159 and have size 8.5 feet. id say if your over size 10.5 go for a wide, they main reason behind them is to make sure you have no toe or heel drag
@@SnowboardAddiction Thank you. By your experience does the wide board (26 cm waist instead of 25) hurt spinning or jumping 360? I just don't like normal boards because I love carving. My boot size is 8-US and I happily ride Korua Otto with 26 waist. Now I am into freestyle, bought a normal board with 24.8 waist and feel very insecure on speed or approaching the figures. Thinking about buying a wide board with a 25.8 waist (Ride Zero 154w) to have more stability but don't want to make spinning much harder. What are your thoughts about it?
So it’s not better or worse there is perks to both. Wider will make your turns slower and less responsive but more solid. And a normal board is faster making it more responsive and touchy
Gold tier content.
Nice !! I will keep that in mind once the snow is there
Been waiting for this one bro
Great video, useful advices and well explained! Thanx Taevis! 🙏🏻👍🏻
My pleasure!
Thanks for the video Taevis, what are the natural grabs for front and back 180s? TIA
180s can really be done with any grab. That one just do what feels best. I like Indy on both
