Can you help with answer for the below Situation: What will you do in a situation where sponsor put you in a project starting tomorrow and have not assigned any resources, you checked with resource managers where they also mentioned they don't have resources with required skill set
I think one should target to start working as Team Member in project team so you observe how projects are managed, in parallel to this one can start participating in not for profit work like Toastmasters , Blood Bank etc and lead many small projects in such area, that way one can get fast in learning project management.
My Takeaway: Structure of the answer should have three components 1. The problem your project was tasked to solve - business case (More: If PM +BA) 2. The Project management - Lifecycle, Management approach, Team configuration and distribution (More if Pure PM) 3. The Solution - Complexity, Tools and the Solution (More if Tech PM)

Hi sir how can a fresher enter into pm role? I dont have any work experience at all should i create hypothetical projects or what to do
