I have this box and no issues plays with no buffering, use a VPN when streaming, Heat Vod is up to date, I recommend when your done using an app to force stop and clear cache of the app then use memory clear, this will insure next no buffering and the box is clean.
Best fully loaded android box ever I’ve been through over 10 android boxes. I even have the invidious shoebox this one by far is the best and I don’t work for them and I’m not getting paid for saying this. Your choice guys good luck.
@@MATechRUclips On Heat Live some channels have volume issues between speech and music at different levels and some times slightly distorted . Not all channels are at the same level. Also on VOD if you watch some of the band documentaries such as a "Ghost , Right Here Right Now" (which is a band ) it's hard to hear the lyrics. Look for it and listen, then tell me. Most of the movies I've seen were good with few issues. Overall I'm happy not paying monthly to the major providers , I can live with it. All the major boxes have issues that I've realized from people I know with Super Stream and Super Box... It's free from internet but not perfect.

I have tried about ten different digital HD antennas and setups, but because of the terrain where I live, local channels just connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, kind of like a seizure . . . Anyway, someone told me about vSeee and want to know if it helps boost live local tvchannels. Any "helpful" suggestions are appreciated.
Freezing how? On channels or the box locks up? If it’s channels then make sure your internet speed to the box is sufficient, if it’s the box then you will need to clear cache or possibly even a hardware reset may be needed if there’s a bug in the software. They have after sales support so I suggest contacting them to troubleshoot fully.
My V3 keeps freezing on local channels, my Wi-Fi is super strong tho. I've been missing so many of my favorite shows this whole week. I contacted customer support, but they didn’t even bother to reply or help me out. Vsee box is total garbage, such a waste of money. The product ain't as good as they make it out to be

That’ll depend on what source material you’re attempting to playback. From what I remember it does support surround sound in the settings but I didn’t personally test any atmos content so can’t say for sure 100%.
Hello…is there a way to get to developers options….when I try clicking on the build several times…I’m not able to get the option to open developers options
My v3 still keeps buffering, my wifi says it’s very fast tho. I tried to contact the customer service but cannot get any one to talk with, left messages but mostly no one answered, so disappointed
This TV box is a total letdown. The setup was a hassle, and the streaming constantly lags. It’s missing some key apps, and the overall performance is just disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.
Buyer beware of this model ….v3 pro. Piece of crap. Channels lock up. Many times unavailable due-to “under maintenance “. Non existent Customer Service

These boxes work fine, just be mindful of the volume when changing channels !

It streams over an internet connection so as long as your internet is stable the box will also be.
Bought 3 and all are working. Can't find a user manual in box or online. Planning to return.
Why would you need a user manual?

Try it with a hard wired Ethernet cable to be sure it’s not the internet causing the issue.
Does this have an update like when new shows come on or new movies...
It automatically adds new content daily or whenever it’s available

No, elite model is supposed to be their best albeit the elite apps aren’t working right now and they’ve said they’re working to restore them.
