Poor little Theodore! He seems a little slow but strong enough to eat and keep with mom is good! Certainly more robust than Delilah ever was, I'm hopeful for him! Doing the collars with the names was a good idea, definitely helpful for remembering them! And I'm so excited for Duchess' kids! Hopefully she'll give you a doeling to test out Pokey's genetics through. Maybe she'll give a little more white to her kids or a slightly different color of gold so you don't have five pokey clones staring at you tomorrow xD

I noticed his eye has grass and possibly gunk in it at the 8:57 mark so I went back to see if it was the green collar and it was. The pine chips could have done the same thing. Unfortunately there is no ideal bedding that would prevent this. Hope his heart murmur resolves soon. Such precious babies.
Wednesday is such a good little Mom always keeping a watchful eye on her little ones. Their names are perfect for them! Let’s hope that this Alvin doesn’t get up to as much trouble as his namesake for both you and Wednesday’s sake. Praying that Duchess’s labor goes well. ❤

If they're going as wethers and were always going to be pets anyway, the murmur is relatively light, and this is a hobby farm rather than commercial production, there's no reason not to try with Theodore! Poor little guy needing eye care so early in life.
