Or You could just screenshot it and ask Google Lens, (edit: I’m not saying this is obvious because it’s still crazy what we can do with tech nowadays) which came back with POLYGOGO Polygonal Stereo Oscillator by E-RM. Nah mate. It's similar to the way a spring or Plate reverb works, but with a gong instead. So the sound travels through an amp, which then vibrates springs that hit a gong making it resonate, which then gets picked up by a piezo pickup/contact mic. That's what I can tell from my knowledge of reverb types anyways.
A high and low pass might be nice if updated ever, thought I know you can do that pretty easily if used as a send effect.
