My s/n doesnt auto populate when i open the j2534plus suite. What could be the issue? Ive updated it with ethernet cable and tried to do the next step but the serial number does not autopopulate

HELP mine did not come with the power cord for the mdci pro and also no Ethernet cable but that’s understandable
