I’m glad DC’s in the HOF now. One of the greatest of all time and my all time favourite fighter.
People reading this are gonna flip out but he’s my goat. Guy never popped. Neither did he show signs of steroid use and just not get caught. Clean athletes only 🐐
He's a great ambassador for the sport. Much better than Jones in that regard.

There’s a natural implication in the phraseology “may just be” one that implies he has yet to prove it, but has shown signs of progressing in that direction in his ongoing win streak.
@Soul ByThePound It was early on his career….2015 was a long time ago. Additionally Islam is both now a bigger stronger version of Khabib. Look at a guy like Olivera…does he now even remotely resemble the old Olivera? Last but not least he has Khabib in his corner coaching him!😱💯🤟

@Soul ByThePound it wasn’t a cold knockout - I think the referee could have continued the fight - and I say that although I am not a fan of Islam. He is boring and has no charisma at all from my perspective. Khabib had a great charisma

One of the best fighters to ever do it, a true GOAT lister. Resume of absolute killers, only 3 losses to other GOAT listers (one overturned because Jones is a drug cheat), the first two division simultaneous champion to defend in both divisions. Incredible fighter, a true legend.

@Samm Salvey He did man, no trying to get around it. That's what annoyed me so much about the Oliveira hypocrisy with how he was treated in the corruption. DC goes towelgate and grabs the towel. GSP weighs under a lb over 170 but Montreal (his hometown) state they round down to the nearest lb. Khabib shits himself and looks devastated as, you guessed it, one of the personnel from Abu Dhabi commission, immediately gives him the okay before the scale even sets. So many legends who are revered have had blips like this and it's seen as part and parcel. Yet Charles, in the opponent's hometown, with a very suspiciously troublesome scale (the 0.5lbs controversy) is instantly stripped, instantly removed the opportunity for a title defence and heavily fined. That's hypocrisy and corruption and needs to be addressed immediately.
@Samm Salvey With DC I feel it was down to him as he held the towel, with Khabib I feel it was down to the personnel who immediately rushed him through before it even set and with Oliveira I think he got stiffed by a faulty scale and a ruthless personnel who's part of Justin's hometown commission.

DC is the goat. If you look at his resume he beat all the top dawgs except Jones who is on steroids. Khabib and Usman are both a killers but they didn’t beat the same level of competition as DC.

I’m with you on that, I feel like I rooted against DC simply bc Jon Jones was the real champion while DC was a placeholder. Jon’s greatness in the cage overshadowed DC’s greatness all around. Once DC won the heavyweight belt. That’s when I started to really take the time to appreciate Daniel. He grew on me

Now I know they probably did this post fight presser because he was inducted but I kinda think it would be cool to do after every ppv? I always love hearing the opinions of any and all analysts after the fights so to have them on the post fight livestreams would be sweet imo.
