My first yacht I ever worked on was a Benetti 125. But not fast. I think our top speed was 15 knots and we did 10 mostly. Also the first time I went across the Atlantic was on that yacht. We weren't sure we would make it because weather was rolling i. So we carried 2 giant fuel bladders on our aft deck. We didn't need them at alll but we quickly drained them the moment we could. We traveled at 10 knots and it took us 20 days to cross. The first 3 days the Captain was worried about fuel because he hadn't worked on this yacht either and didn't know if the engines and generators were thirsty things. Plus we went over in April and it was cold that year so we couldn't have the heat on from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.. it got cold down there up,front. He realized we would have plenty of fuel so heat resumed and coffee, hot showers and post dinner meals could continue. You can imagine we weren't happy for a few days. Then we took her back across but down to the Bahamas and what a nightmare...I would do again and again
Look on the bright side. Many years ago, I bought a very used ex charter, Beneteau 501 in St Martaan and brought her back to the UK. No, plotter, ais, radar, water maker, generator, air con? What is that? We had a few jerry cans of spare fuel and drinking water. Our first port was Plymouth, the dip stick showed that we were low in the tank but the pub was calling. Plenty of reserve in the jerry cans. Sudden silence, Vera the Volvo needed a drink, the local sailing club rescue boat asked us where we had come from? The Caribbean we said, we are fine. The lesson learned, top up the tank before you need to.
This is such a beautiful vessel inside and out. Thank you for another great tour of an impressive yacht. Also thanks to the intelligent interior designers for squared off modern furniture 2:22, not the puffy round futuristic furniture that we are seeing too much of these days.
Great tour David. Love the condensed panning views that still capture the essence of the yacht without overly explaining every detail. IMHO unless it's a 300+ ft mega yacht about 10-15 minutes is all that should be spent on a tour.
Beautiful yacht, pilot house looks like a spaceship, beach club perfect with great access to the water. Crew area more like guest accommodation, lovely guest areas, accommodation. Great video, as usual, David and team.
Wow, this Yacht look so majestic and stunning , this craftsmanship is worked by talented people. ❤❤❤ It made my eyes round .I wish sir you can refer me to work in one of your clients and it's my honor to work these people. Who's work and design are extravagant and amazing..🙏🙏🙏.
What an incredible and artistic salesman you are David. I will instruct you to describe my house when i put it up for sale to exchange it for a super yacht. :)
Nice yacht. However boats like her always remind me that iitalian yachts are often a two sided sword for me. Beautiful exterior design, great lines and really good craftsmanship, but the interior design is simply rarely to my taste. They really often have a very "hotel" feeling to them, not a homey one.

Benetti never disappoints, from all the vids you have done on Benetti boats, I have come to really like this builders products.

I would not have expected anything less from the prestigious brand that Benetti is. Just absolutely stunning and has so many wonderful features.
She seems very well priced given her pedigree. And she is a beauty
I don't think I have ever seen an ugly Benetti, Very stylish and modern . Thanks for the video.

I disagree with that
I think it should be around 15-20 mins then it would be perfect for this size of yatch
I like the "elegance of a swan!" ⛵
Great work by Benetti!
Fantastic presentation David as usual. She´s beautiful! Benetti is such an exceptional yatch builder. 👏👏👏👏

I really love Benetti!! They just design beautiful yachts 😊
Dare I say, the Benetti 125 Fast looks like great value at its price point.
Now that's how you show off a gorgeous yacht BayBe😘

Nice, sharp corners on the furniture. That won't thwack your shins and hips at sea. Much.

Thank you David. Very nice boat.

Good Yatch. Only do not know the range. If 4500NM, good price and good yatch.
