Hello mam, may I just ask something about facebook marketplace. I've been working with an Australian client and my job is to post items on facebook marketplace but of course location should be in Australia. I can post but it seems that people from there can't inquire to me using the marketplace's messaging tool. I let my boss try to shoot me a message, and yeah he can't send me a message also. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Hello po maam. it really helps me a lot we have the same problem. but for me when my marketplace has been block i already have a hundreds of sure buyer client that just have to wait until the product is done and then when i update them thru market place chat i cant even send a message. so what i did is i direct message them all and send them a text. i dont know when my market place would continue i hope so heheheh.i already sent them a message sincerely hahaha but when i open my market place it shows You'll be notified about our decision via email and Support Inbox within 7 days.
