I agree, no need for extra expenses if it’s not needed. Car not broken, no need to repair it or replace it. Save the money and buy the house for you and your wife. Excellent video.
Thanks for watching! I 💯 % agree with you. We have to save every dollar that we can to make choices that’ll improve our life instead of just being a flex for those that don’t really care about us
Nice video. I live in middle village and recently purchased an Ariel rider x class for my commute to Vernon blvd LIC. Best thing I ever done, no more traffic. I just joined your channel and I am starting to learn more about the e-bike world. Love the camera set up and the group rides. I’ll join you all for a ride one day.
i have the same bike for over 2 yrs, extremely trusthworthy bike!
Thanks for watching and sorry for the delayed response! It’s been crazy at work since we got back from California and I finally have time to catch up RUclips.
Welcome to the channel and we’re happy to hear you’ve been enjoying ebike life! MV to LIC must be pretty crazy especially during rush hour lol. Yea man, come thru to the ride we’re doing in December or an Electric Wednesday
Have a safe trip!
Thanks for watching! Sorry for the delayed response. I’ve been playing catch up since we took the trip!
Glad to see the scooter back up and running. 💪🏽 looked like you had an amazing trip so far. Can't wait to hear all about it
thanks homie, it was a much needed trip and it was a ton of fun. I just wish that it was a bit longer because the days were so packed that we didn't have time for ourselves and didn't have any time to relax. I'd like to take a proper vacation with the wifey in the new year if possible!
*Yewwwh!*
🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽
yoooooooo!! thanks for joining us on the ride homie!
@eyebahnrides it's too cold to ride (for me) in London so I'm gonna live vicariously through videos like this 😂
Nice videos, i just subscribed......if u ever ride out let me know, I'm by Corona, queens....I ride on a electric dirt bike
Heyo! Klima is up and running again. Turns out airing the rear tire isn't too hard. I just gotta break the bank a little bit to get a high pressure pump that's strong enough to inflate it. A lil expensive but I'd pay a bit for the convience have not having to Uber to Fluidd or gas station to fix a real minor issue.
Crossing my fingers I don't randomly lose air while riding to work, hahah. Gonna have to pump this thing every week from now on.
Thanks for watching! I’m glad to hear that the Klima is up and running again. Do you have a link for the pump? I wanna have one in the bag just incase that happens to me. Especially with Black Friday here, I wanna pick it up while it’s on sale!
Nice! what light do you have? it's super bright
Thanks for joining us on the ride and welcome to the channel! Happy to hear you liked the video 🙏🏼.
I use 2 lights when riding at night. The main light is the stock light for the Klima (which was a bit crooked on this ride and it was bugging me when editing lol). My secondary light is the Gemini Titan OLED 4000. Unlike the wider spread of the stock headlight, the Gemini shoots out much further and is twice as bright!
Hope this helps 🫡
Hey great to see your videos. I have a question for you. Where did you get your turning signals from and what are they called? I’ve been looking to put some turning signals on my mantis pro. And the same type is what I’m looking to do.
Thanks for joining us for this ride! Apologies for the delayed response. Works been crazy since I got back from California and I’m finally catching up with RUclips!
The turn signals were ordered directly from Michael Sha. I believe these ones were cut up to fit the Namis. You could reach out to him to see if he can sell you one that fits the Mantis pro
Eyebahn Ride do you have like a helmet light or backpack light to be visible at
night from behind?
Thanks for watching and welcome to the Channel! My helmet has the brake free light on the back and I also have a red blinker one on my backpack. From my EUC and eskate days, I have a Shredlights sl1000 mounted to the side of my helmet that’s flashing forward (I just don’t turn it on when recording because it’s distracting on the video)
Are you shipping the Klima to California or bringing it as luggage on the plane? If so did you have to navigate battery restrictions?
thanks for joining us on the night ride! I was actually just dropping off the car and needed a way to get home since I need to take 2 busses and a train to get home from my in-laws house lol!I don't think I'm able to bring the Klima on to the plane. I believe lithium ion products are limited to a certain capacity.
"With airline approval, passengers may also carry up to two spare larger lithium ion batteries (101-160 Wh) or Lithium metal batteries (2-8 grams). This size covers the larger after-market extended-life laptop computer batteries and some larger batteries used in professional audio/visual equipment." - first thing i saw online
I know a couple of buddies of mine that attend esk8 con are able to bring small last mile style boards with them on the plane but none of the monster boards
Nice video. Can you put a seat on your scooter?
Thanks for joining us for this chill night ride, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I don't think I've seen anyone put a seat on the Klima yet but I have seen people put a seat on the Burn E. I'm thinking the deck might be a bit too narrow and too short to comfortably fit a seat
Queens was fun to live in in my 20s, but never again. I vacation there but Ohio of all places is much nicer lol.
thanks for joining us for this night ride through Queens! The older I get the more I share that sentiment of wanting to leave NYC lol. Especially after experiencing the "non city" portions of California on the trip we just got back from, I can confidently say, I really enjoyed the slower pace of life. Hopefully, if the channel becomes a fulltime thing for me, we can relocate away from NYC
Why don’t you buy a Solar EQ. That’s my setup Klima and Solar. When I need to stuff the car with a scooter I use my Solar. OK it’s still 68 Lb but only 46,85 inches long and you still have some acceleration and top speed. Close to 40 mph. The biggest problem is that the suspension sucks but on asphalt the scooter is actually nice.
P.S. It’s also dual motors so no problems with hill climbing.
thanks for joining us on the night ride and I appreciate the suggestion. I know there's a dealer here that sells Solar Scooters. I'll reach out to them when we're settled back in NYC and see if they'll be open to me test riding it. Alot of the "commuter" scooters have that issue with the suspension but they're ok on the road. Anything will be smoother than the Zooz! lol
Bruh, $500 a mo for a parking parking stall with that amount of usage isn't worth it.
Back in the days one bedroom apartments were going for $500/mth in some boroughs....have times changed.
Thanks for watching! Yea man 500 for a parking spot on a beat up sedan is too much. I’m glad I don’t have an SUV because it’s 750 for those .
You’re right Wayne! You used to be able
To get a 2 bedroom in Astoria queens for 600 when I was growing up! Now all you’ll get for that price is a crappy parking space and possibly a storage unit lol
Klima isn’t that high powered.
Thanks for watching and sharing but I don't quite agree. It may not be a hyper or super scooter but it's still a true 40+mph scooter with acceleration that rivals the fastest beasts out there. I get that we're all jaded by the "arms race" of who can get to 100mph first but I consider anything over 30mph with hard acceleration capabilities high performance.
I agree with your perspective.People in my opinion have become so obsessed with the high-powered and top speed aspect of scooters these days, that manufacturers continue to use it as a keenly crafted marketing strategy to push scooter sales.
It is definitely a 'race' that is seeking willing participants to jump on board.
Hyper scooters invariably produce a higher top speeds, but it doesn't necessarily translate to having a faster acceleration at specific intervals, compared to some non-hyper scooters,to reach their theoretical top speed.I absolutely agree with your sentiment that anything above 30mph falls into the high performance category, and a non-hyper scooter like the Klima and a few others that I am familiar with do have robust acceleration capabilities that rival some of their faster competitors.
A fan of your channel, and all the best👍
enjoy your vacation bro, im guessing you dont have no driveway back in Qns and yah it does suck when moving from one side of the street to the other just to avoid DSNY ticket.
i'll save a bit more and work for a bit more years on the job then move to another state.
Thanks for watching! We really enjoyed the heck out that trip. So much that we didn’t want to come back lol.
Unfortunately, we’re in an apartment building that has a long waitlist for parking and no driveway. Maybe one day we’ll have a driveway and or a garage!
@@eyebahnridesglad youre back, here in the Bx. got my own 2 car parking spot in the backyard and about 3 cars can park in the driveway..
