Great video. I have doubts about the connection of the 1756-IF8 module. I would like to connect voltage and current. Sir, could you help me?

Hi, do you have any video or code that you can send on how to create a virtual axis through an encoder that enters an HSC module and then gear it to a real axis of a Kinetix 6000. Regards

      HI Fernando:
Sorry I have no idea about anything to do with Kinetix. Have never worked with them and don't think I have ever seen one.
Wish I could offer more help but not within my abilties.

Thanks for the video, but I have question. I have an Omron E6B2-CWZ5B. How can i conect it to the 1756 HSC module?

These are Allen Bradley/ Rockwell automation cards. They are not compatible with Omron.
If you are using an Omron system you can only use Omron cards.

@@abplctestbench759 Thanks for the answer. I will to make a migration, from a SLC 500 to ControlLogix. The SLC have an Omron E6B2-CWZ5B encoder, an encoder interface (JB-218) and the conection to the HSC module (1746-HSCE). I need this encoder interface to conect it?

@@alvarojimenez1922 Hello - Yes the 1756-HSC is the CLogix version of the SLC 1746-HSCE. I am not familiar with the Omron encoder, but would think that the interface is needed to get the same or better results in the CLogix.

Hi: Been away for a couple of weeks.
You should be able to by setting the trigger points in the module setup screens.
Not something I have ever needed to try.

      Hello Leslie: Thanks for subscribing.
I have never done any research on that.
I will put it on the board as a subject for a video topic.
Possibly ask on PLC.net. Link is near the top of the page in the banner.
