@Brian Dead, thanks for the positive comment. We are really excited about adding High speed Inputs to the Click PLC. I would love hear how you plan on using this feature.
This is a little more complicated that this format allows. Please reach out to our Free, Award-winning technical support team and they can answer any technical questions you may have. support.automationdirect.com/
Zoofly, thanks for the comment. A simple way to do this would be by using a compare instruction in the ladder. (Example: DD1>or equal to 20000 then open position) Another method would be to use the Preset table to program this. If you have more questions on this I would advise contacting Tech support at 1-800-633-0405. More details than this will be hard to convey in RUclips comments.

I am reading the encoder values from the Click PLC(using pymodbus) but the data seems to updating at 10Hz? Am I missing something?

Just to confirm... The Click Plus supports this as well? It just needs the proper option slot module/add-on module?
@Daniel Collins. yes this feature works just the same with the option slot modules in the CLICK PLUS.
how would you set limits for the the encoder ? if a conveyer or door had to stop at a open or closed position .
