Your videos should be used to teach in classes, the calming step by step way your explanations bring life into the electrical field is Top Notch. Thanks
Hey there! Thanks a lot for your comment. We are so happy that our method of teaching was appealing and helpful to you. Fortunately, according to our statistics, these videos have been already used in so many colleges and universities all over the world.
I get more amazed every video I watch from you. I appreciate all the rendering/drawing/animating you do to explain because it takes a lot more than just knowing automatization for a video like this. AWESOME
Wow! Great to hear that! Thank you for your attention to the details and great amount of effort that has gone into these videos. Please stay tuned and share this video with your friends and colleagues.
It my first time finding an educational video that made me to click a Like button, Subscribe button and ....wait for it - Bell notification! Bravo! great PLC video.
If you wish to enter an already seemingly saturated sector with little hopes of getting your share of the market, meet Upmation to give you the formula for doing so: they have done that with their RUclips videos. Just when you feel there isn't anything new to learn about building a control panel, Upmation steps in and schools you effortlessly. This is one of the best videos to jumpstart any smart human being with no prior background in this field. Thank you very much for the effort and consideration.
Hi, Jamesule! Such an amazing comment and thank you very much for the compliments. Although these subjects might have been covered by other RUclips channels as well, we're trying to approach them differently (and of course genuinely!) so that every individual may find some practical useful things during the videos. So we're really happy that people like you have found some or all parts useful. And just to mention, we're trying to start from basics and continue with more advanced subjects. Thanks again for being such a supportive fan!
Amazing Video! We have been manufacturing panel enclosures for years but did not have much knowledge about what goes on inside however this helps a lot!
Hi, Omkar! Thank you for your comment and it's amazing to hear it helped you get insights about Electrical Panels. Let us know if you have any suggestions for the upcoming videos.
Thank you, Ben! Yes, troubleshooting the electrical panels is on the plan. Stay tuned, more to come! BTW, please share this video on other social media to spread the word. Thank you!
This is a very good video, thanks for it. If I may, I would suggest to make a video particularly on the layout of the control cabinet, that is prefered (best practice) location of certain types of components, such as power supply (high and low voltage), PLCs, communications, relays/contactors, terminal blocks and so on. I know these things are discussed in norm documents, but I believe your way and explaining and showings things is much nicer !!! Thanks.
very helpful video...hope you will upload more of videos about troubleshooting of electrical panel with multiple exemples .we really need that tutorials... thank you sir
Hey, Shane! Wonderful to hear that! Because this is exactly what we're aiming at; the simple explanation of difficult-to-understand topics. Thank you for your comment, by the way.
Great video .... Thanks a lot for such an amazing control panel lecturing leçon video... haven't found any other quality for this topic else where. This a good understanding for beginners like us with little insight on the topic ... but watching this carefully I'll not be blind first time in the field. THANKS A LOT

I appreciate all the animating you do to explain, can you do a lecture video on photovoltaic solar energy (Vo 700kw) distribution control panel installed on a ground.
@@Upmation Yes Offcourse. Keep it up the detaile and main component wiring for an industrial control panel. Add expand for safety relay and others safety component, make wiring detail and simulation.
Great video, I really liked it alot!!! One thing crossed my mind, though. The motor of the conveyor belt was not protected against overload, was it? Would you use a standard TOL then and plug it to the contactor? Or is this typically integrated in the motor case in that kind of application? In any case, thank you for your videos!
Thank you! It is a very good question. No, it is not really protected against OL. If we wanted to open this subject, the video would be so long, and besides, it was not in line with the subject and purpose of this video. By the way, there are both expensive and cost-effective methods to protect the motors against both short circuits and Over load faults. The cheapest method is using a Bi-metal plus an MCCB-TM. There are also MCCB-EL (Electronic MCCBs) as well. Although, there is a better but a little bit expensive way as well which is to use MPCBs. By far, the MPCBs are the best protection device for motors up to 55Kw.
The content I’ve been searching since long time .. at finally got it .. all info neat and crystal clear in single video. Really wonderful and fabulous ..love it.. hope if you can do the same electrical panel which covers industrial networks in great detail hot it communicates with different panels.. Thanks a lot
