Oh my gosh! I love how you mentioned throwing mamona at each other. Im not Brazilian, but I live in Brazil. My husband is Brazilian and he told me about throwing mamona at each other as kids lol now that I heard you say it, it made me smile. Ive seen people do this :)
The world needs mamona plants... In Chile, "mamona" (fem) or "mamón" (masc) is an adjective that means a person who is too attached to their mom. And yeah... I feel the same about taking no s#it, but I take more effort in protection and warding because hexing is too much work and I'm too bussy and tired jaja. I'm more prone to do something when the problem is an abuser, but I try to solve the issue in the mundane first, and then, if necessary, do something magical.
