The push down with the trail hand but pull BACK with the lead hand……bit of a lightbulb moment there for me……. Great stuff Stuart!

So good to see a video with a proper release instead of tosh about holding the right wrist angle. With all due respect, the PGA tour average swing speed is something like 112mph so you might struggle to get to 110 :-)

Hi Stuart, really appreciate the information you shared in this great video. Would you consider the release of the club head as you describe it, to feel like the throwing of the trail hand into the back of the ball and allowing the lead wrist to extend rather than roll?

Hi Nicky, without sounds silly, I would use the drill as shown as your feels. Hope that helps.

Is there an irons video for the handle unloading Stu? This was fantastic. Brilliant lesson.

Thanks I have tried this method and it works if I do not get too quick with the release you show. Question do you think of releasing (right hand under) past the ball or at the ball?

I think of both left hand and right hand as described buddy. Hope that helps 😊

Thanks to Stuart my irons are in good shape but the driver is pretty awful. I will try to implement the ideas in the video, but I suspect in early next year I will need a lesson or 2 to get it right.

So what you are saying is with the driver, you must release it a lot earlier than people think?
