Very interesting Trip Report. Ethiad Airways are probably close to (if not at) the top of Best Airlines in the World for Business Class service. I agree 100%, it is the personal touches that make a flight worthwhile and memorable. TBH, I cannot remember the last time I flew and the flight was like that. These days with the airlines in Canada and the US, they are more concerned with getting you from A to B then the actual experience onboard. The comprehensive menu options for both dinner and breakfast are also a bonus. Keep up the good work!

These days (Post-COVID) more people are looking for the cheapest way to get from A to B and are willing to sacrifice some personal touches if it will save them some $$$. It is a catch-22 in that regard - shame as sometimes I think that the Golden Days of Aviation have passed us by.

No, Etihad have installed the standard ugly reverse herringbone business class with a "sliding door" that everyone is so fixated on these days, and their economy class design is so blocky like everything today. The A350 is a very ugly looking cabin and aircraft.

1:49 My last flight was from Riyadh to Doha on Qatar but I’ve recently flew etihad after 6 years in November 2022 from Abu Dhabi to Doha and the airline changed so much now, they’re as good as Qatar on short-haul fliights

I’ve boarded Etihad Airways (same aircraft) by airstairs in Abu Dhabi
My last flight was From London Gatwick airport to Oslo Gardermoen airport, onboard Norse atlantic airways.

Interesting, I have seen many uploads on Etihad, and I fly in a few months. Being a veggie and unable to eat goats cheese, or pasta, I will make do with the mezze and cheese board, plus deserts of course. Which is fine for me, as I do not eat much when flying.
Thanks for watching. You could also pre-order special meals and select a vegan meal for example.

My last flight was on June 2022 (Yeah, that long ago!) from Lima to Cusco with Latam. If you ever come to Peru, you must do that trip and film it. Specially the landing part in Cusco.

My last flight was actually in January 2023 with Etihad! Abu Dhabi to Milano with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner (A6-BLL), nice flight, the Dreamliners are nice, shiny, sparkly new aircraft, but don't really like them a lot, as I much prefer the "older" Airbus A330 or the even mightier A340s! My outbound to Abu Dhabi though, was very cool as it was operated by A6-BLV with the Formula 1 livery, even though nothing beats the previous Etihad A340 F1 GP special livery, anyhow, very good video. Try Emirates the next time, they're pretty good too, and IMHO better than EY. But still, hard product-wise Etihad does it well as well as food/beverages and soft products. Tysm for the nice vid, brought me back to my holidays in DXB/DOH/AUH, UAE!!!

Ich fliege auch bald von Frankfurt über Abu dhabi nach Singapur mit Etihad, reichen 2,5 stunden Umstiegszeit? Der Flughafen soll anscheinend großes Chaos sein.
Abu Dhabi kann in der Tat chaotisch sein. Allerdings ist der Airport nicht so groß. 2.5h sollten i.d.R. leicht reichen.
