  • With any kind of injury to the brain, you may have difficulties with executive functioning. One of the executive functions is initiation or getting started on tasks. Here we give some tips for improving initiation of tasks. Two other Utah Neuro Rehabilitation RUclips videos talk about executive functioning

Can exposure to paint smells over long periods cause these issues? Because I think it happened after that. It feels more like constant brain fog that is destroying my motivation.

Long term exposure to paint fumes may cause brain fog. Here is an article talking about it:

Can you get brain damage from medication? After a year of traumatic experiences with transgressive behaviour, I wanted to file a complaint against a teacher in 2016. My ex then had me taken to the hospital, refused all help and by misrepresenting my complaint as a fantasy I was given antipsychotics for 8 months. I then pointed out that I had terrible side effects and only when I threatened to commit suicide was I allowed to stop. Now I no longer have contact with the ex, but also no longer with the children. It's getting better, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting started. I feel like I'm floating on water when I lay down and when it's dark I tend to fall.
