With Smith on the mound we are a top 5 team. Any other game, we are mediocre at best. Yet somehow we are still in shape to challenge for the SEC. Luck has been huge for us in many series but it seems to be turning. Sooner or later we will get embarrassed by an all around good team or teams. But imma still watch and wait to see how we F$$$ it up this year just like I have since the dropped pop. WPS

I'm not a Arkansas fan but I agree. It's a credit to the coach that they're ranked this high and they've won this much the team is talent-wise probably 17,18 to 25 in the country they're so fundamentally sound and efficient it has not been luck it's a credit to the coach
So much for the "best pitching staff in the country." This team will lose its last 3 conference series and be knocked out of a chance to host a super regional. They may not even make it out of a regional. I'm tired of the annual year end excuses given by DVH as to why the team didn't do as well as expected. Really? I disagree. Smith is the only one who can hold them. Notice almost all of Smith's wins have been by 1 or 2 runs.
I’m really trying to keep my faith in this team but we are falling apart.

Agree 100 percent. Got weak hitting on most nights and ZERO Saturday and Sunday starters.
Inconsistent hitting. Absolutely no hitting with runners in scoring position. Stovall is the only player that doesn't hit for fence at every bat.
