I think some people are expecting to way too much from this game. I’m just happy it’s back; yeah they might’ve missed A FEW DETAILS but overall it looks, play and sound amazing. I can’t wait to get my hands on this

They had to make 135 teams (accurately) and they don’t understand how long that takes. So for them to do that and have this game looking as good as it does.. 4:05. I had the same reaction as you when I heard “Maroon and Gold”. Seeing the statue of Pat Tillman, the Buttes that straddle the stadium. The energy at an ASU game, especially in the student section is incredible!
Interesting that Guns ‘n Roses signed off allowing “Welcome To The Jungle” (knowing their history on IP issues to begin with), but EA couldn’t get Metallica to sign off on “Enter Sandman” for Virginia Tech.
I walk to UC quite often as a Cincy area resident, and I gotta say that Nippert Stadium in this game looks amazing, almost 1-to-1 with its real life counterpart ❤️🖤
I played football at Florida State way back in the day…they absolutely nailed the entrance! I love it! The only thing I wish they could’ve added in the game was “Enter the Sandman” for Virginia Tech, but I understand it would’ve been too costly to use.
As a Fresno State alum, it is so cool seeing that intro. But that game would definitely be in the evening. Gets a little hot in the Central Valley in the afternoon 😅
Texas tech entrance 1) never shows on big screen tunnel walk 2) never shows team touching masked rider saddle in tunnel. 3) when enters field they don't play fight song. They play masked rider theme! 4) masked rider runs on field first. Team follows.

10:47 seeing the Doyt and the battle of I-75 (even though the announcer only acknowledged the rivalry with generic lines) in HD makes my heart happy. My talons are all the way up.
Every one of these intros is beautiful, especially the ones that show the indoor motivations signs because it lets you know all that goes into college football. Having been to 3 Army Games, I’m happy to find out that the Army intro is accurate, from the layout of the stadium, to the helicopters flying, and especially when they play Tsunami at the beginning, which is the song that lets you know it’s time for Army football.
These look amazing and I'm not trying to complain, but I wish they had a bit longer intros for each game, I feel like sports games nowadays try to make them as short as possible but It was honestly cool having 1 minute intros before games (at least important ones)- it creates buildup
with that said, it's amazing what they have done!! I just wish they had a bit longer presentation, maybe comparing stats and stuff like that, little warmups, perhaps showing the lineups etc
@ratlov9983 Thats how it is for most games, unfortunately. They take a more streamlined approach and jump into the action asap, but I love the buildup and cutscenes too. Definitely agree. But yeah, they did a good job nonetheless and nailed the main points of emphasis atleast
Was hoping the Northwestern Wildcats would have either their temporary lakefront stadium or Wrigley Field where they’re supposed to play OSU and Illinois this season. At least we get to see old Ryan Field one last time cause they just demolished it a few months ago.

As an Australian who has never studied in the US, I'm not a fan of any college team in particular, but damn it's hard not to be a fan of FSU with that entrance.
I know this is a nitpick but when FSU plays Florida, Chief Osceola gets off his horse and raises his spear and he plants it instead of planting it while riding Renegade. this is coming from a Gator fan but love the atmosphere and presentation

EA put out a tweet or statement or something saying it was extremely difficult to try to get all the live animals they would need to capture mocap so they animated the live animals. The bigger ones looked to bad to include in the came actually running. (note lasi's leg movements in the a&m intro and bevo didnt run. didnt see ralphi at colorado or the pony's at ou) they hope to add in a patch with the bigger animals soon. also they only went of videos of each teams entrance from last year and since the horse was hurt and didnt run last year they likely don't even realize we do that... as well as our team coming out of the tunnel instead of the new south endzone building...
I love the stadiums and details of stuff . I do hope they have a few more intro scripts tho…I realize they can’t have an infinite number of voice liens and all that ..but sounded like they only 2 or 3 different outlines for all these rivalry games. Hopefully the work in progress part includes some of that ..but oh well. I will play this game no matter what COLLEGE FOOTBALL BABY!
Not quite, and this is coming from a long time FSU fan. The game was a home game against Florida. That’s the only game where Chief Osceola dismounts Renegade, holds the flaming spear above his head, and then plants it from the ground. They used his usual entrance from every other game. Maybe they’ll update it in the future, but then they would have to be specific for every team’s rivalry game, so it probably won’t happen.
I'm glad we finally have a game, but there are some clear details that were missed with these. Some that they didn't, but several that were missed. Hope the next one will be even more detailed for these entrances.

Really wish we could have gotten Enter Sandman and Jump Around for entrance songs. But I realize that would have been expensive to do. The entrances are awesome though
JSU fan here, there are three things wrong with our intro: 1. We don't enter from the east endzone, we enter by coming out of the field house on the west endzone. EA was unable to capture this due to ongoing renovations at Burgess-Snow Field 2. The Marching Southerners are not stepping in unison. Also, while the band being added to the game was a welcome sight, this formation has never been used as a tunnel for the team which, as stated before, does not enter via the east endzone 3. Sousaphones. The Marching Southerners have never used sousaphones since 1957 when the band was founded. They have only ever used Conn 20J tubas, and the tuba section refers to themselves as such for this reason.
Lol please relax. Yals hs stadium is under construction so they did the best they can. And for the smaller schools you can literally see they used the same formation of bands on the field… relax
This goes to show that sports games need to be made every few years with team updates such as rosters, logos, etc. I'd love to see a new NHL game made by the team that worked on CFB25. This team really cared about this project and they delivered!
They missed a lot for Big 12 and former Big 12, The Sooner carriage, Red Rider's ride, the Golden Line, that might be it, I don't know much of the other teams traditions.
Literally no one else will care, but the Virginia entrance is like missing half the stuff that makes it cool, like someone riding on a HORSE and swinging a sword around. I mean, I guess modeling a horse for literally one school would suck, but they did it for FSU!
Fr man... Low key very sad they did UVA dirty... The hill is completely empty, no cavalier on his horse, no UVA flag people running through, no cavman hyping up the crowd... I do get that they can't give every school a bunch of detail, but I too expected the cavalier on the horse when I saw the FSU guy on his horse.

Every one of these intros is beautiful, especially the ones that show the indoor motivations signs because it lets you know all that goes into college football.
Having been to 3 Army Games, I’m happy to find out that the Army intro is accurate, from the layout of the stadium, to the helicopters flying, and especially when they play Tsunami at the beginning, which is the song that lets you know it’s time for Army football.

These look amazing and I'm not trying to complain, but I wish they had a bit longer intros for each game, I feel like sports games nowadays try to make them as short as possible but It was honestly cool having 1 minute intros before games (at least important ones)- it creates buildup
with that said, it's amazing what they have done!! I just wish they had a bit longer presentation, maybe comparing stats and stuff like that, little warmups, perhaps showing the lineups etc

EA put out a tweet or statement or something saying it was extremely difficult to try to get all the live animals they would need to capture mocap so they animated the live animals. The bigger ones looked to bad to include in the came actually running. (note lasi's leg movements in the a&m intro and bevo didnt run. didnt see ralphi at colorado or the pony's at ou) they hope to add in a patch with the bigger animals soon. also they only went of videos of each teams entrance from last year and since the horse was hurt and didnt run last year they likely don't even realize we do that... as well as our team coming out of the tunnel instead of the new south endzone building...

Not quite, and this is coming from a long time FSU fan. The game was a home game against Florida. That’s the only game where Chief Osceola dismounts Renegade, holds the flaming spear above his head, and then plants it from the ground. They used his usual entrance from every other game. Maybe they’ll update it in the future, but then they would have to be specific for every team’s rivalry game, so it probably won’t happen.
Love the A&M intro. They thought of and included just about everything you see. Not to mention the song being so nostalgic as it’s my Alma Mater

Really wish we could have gotten Enter Sandman and Jump Around for entrance songs. But I realize that would have been expensive to do. The entrances are awesome though
JSU fan here, there are three things wrong with our intro:
1. We don't enter from the east endzone, we enter by coming out of the field house on the west endzone. EA was unable to capture this due to ongoing renovations at Burgess-Snow Field
2. The Marching Southerners are not stepping in unison. Also, while the band being added to the game was a welcome sight, this formation has never been used as a tunnel for the team which, as stated before, does not enter via the east endzone
3. Sousaphones. The Marching Southerners have never used sousaphones since 1957 when the band was founded. They have only ever used Conn 20J tubas, and the tuba section refers to themselves as such for this reason.
Lol please relax. Yals hs stadium is under construction so they did the best they can. And for the smaller schools you can literally see they used the same formation of bands on the field… relax
look, they got the entrance right for the last few years. We come out from the NE side of the stadium and run from the east endzone.

Literally no one else will care, but the Virginia entrance is like missing half the stuff that makes it cool, like someone riding on a HORSE and swinging a sword around. I mean, I guess modeling a horse for literally one school would suck, but they did it for FSU!
Fr man... Low key very sad they did UVA dirty... The hill is completely empty, no cavalier on his horse, no UVA flag people running through, no cavman hyping up the crowd... I do get that they can't give every school a bunch of detail, but I too expected the cavalier on the horse when I saw the FSU guy on his horse.

Yeah, from what I’ve seen there are no paddle people with paddles in hand, hopefully will come out in next years game or some sort of patch, the dev team seems ready to fix mistakes.
