Glad you liked your nasi campur! Quick tip: the letter “C” in Indonesian is always pronounced like “ch,” so “campur” sounds more like “chum-poor” instead of “cum-poor” 😂 Bonus points if you can roll your Rs at the end! Hope you had an amazing time in Bali. Cheers from the Indonesian province of South Kalimantan! 🍻
Thank you 🙏 I've tried for the better part of a year to learn how to roll my Rs. Still can't do it 🤣 My 6 yr old daughter practiced for a day and has it down now 🤷♂️ Thank you for watching! 🙏
I Like the background music, which is Sundanese (west Javanese) instrumental music, give you soothing and calm feeling, specially if the restaurant has rice paddy view or facing rice paddy.
i enjoy watching this channel, as well as your other channel with your family. We may cross path somewhere in Bali someday . Greeting from Ubud, I'm Jakartan who used to live in California back then.
you eat like a local>rice meal and side dish. you should try mixing with streetfod like bakso, gado gado etc. thats what i normally do daily. 1 or 2 rice meal and 1street food a day
I didn't know you had a food channel, I always watch you on your family channel video😂 Anyway great video and I like how you discribe every food. Keep it up!
Thank you so much. I started this channel to highlight more of the food in the places we travel to. Nicole and the kids aren't always up for trying new foods so it was hard to do on the other channel. Thanks for watching! 🙏
FYI despite it is in Bali but that restaurant is Sundanese because of the music and the food variety, they usually dont serve Pork because Sundanese food usually intended for Muslim to meet the halal. If you want also try Balinese version of nasi campur that have pork too in different place.

Background music s too loud
At the beginning or in the restaurant?
@@WorldFoodTour-wft Sorry, I meant the traditional music from the restaurant.
No worries 👍 Thanks for the feedback. It was loud at times, but I thought it added to the vibe. Thanks for watching 🙏
lol, there's always room for dessert
Always! 😂
Bali turis nya membludag jlnnya ko rusak di biarkan kepala daerahnya wajib di abdit kekayaannya
The roads could definitely be better. Some areas really lack good infrastructure for traveling.
Even with these shortcomings, still love Bali ❤️
Always spell "C" with "-ch" not"-k". Like you spell Chinese, chess, cheese
Good to know 👍 Thanks for watching! 🙏
You butchered all the Indonesian words even though you have been in Bali for couple of months
I tried my best. Thanks for watching 🙏
Hope you enjoyed the video
Months is not enough for someone to speak like a local, it probably take like 4-5 years.
@@barbs896Even if don't fully understand, at least can understand how to pronounce it
USE HELMET PLEASE!
