I feel you man. I was staying super consistent throughout the summer, balancing self improvement with filmmaking, but recently school started and I feel like i’ve only been able to film. He just like me fr. I'm on that hustler mindset and whenever I'm not productive I feel terrible, but whenever I'm not motivated to do something (like upload) it just gets worse.
I feel you with the schedule stuff. Sometimes you have to just do what you can and keep moving forward as much as possible. But the 10pm no electronics def is hard. You're doing great pal, you're focusing on what you need to right now and we'll still be here whether you upload consistently or not :)

I go through this to, i struggle with everything since this year for me is a lot more stressful and dealing with kids at my school from last year that are non-stop humiliating during classes because of my channel. But recently i broke my camera, can't find a good editing app to use, the stress of it all is mentaly challenging (for me, maybe not other youtubers) But good luck for both this channel and the gaming channel!
Edit: Your lucky since you have to turn in your devices at 10 pm (also your older than me and your probably more responsible then me) i have to turn in my devices at 7 pm and then i go to sleep at 9

Hey bro, personally I have enjoyed your content for over a year now and to be honest you have motivated me so much and your life seems pretty interesting to me but hey you are doing the best you can do right now for us even with your schedule time between balancing your life at school, home and your family and that's all that matters to be honest. Also, not many people can actually realize how hard it is to devote your time to being a content creator and how long it actually takes to upload a video every day and have a routine. The thing that people should realize before going into RUclips is that you should do what you think is actually really fun to do and rather than doing something that you then consider as a chore and it is good that you pointed this out and noticed this earlier before getting stuck in doing something that you don't enjoy. Since from what I have seen there are a lot of content creators even till this day that are stuck in this loophole where they have to only upload videos under a certain category that they're entitled to because of viewership rather than start something new and I am proud of you that you saw this earlier. I could only say I hope for the best for you and no matter what I will still keep coming back to see your content because I personally enjoy it and it's ok to take long breaks. It's something that all content creators do when the time comes. We will be waiting until you come back.

If you read this, something that helped me tremendously is using the weekends to really grind out and maximize your content creation. I fully relate with your situation as that’s how it was for me in my senior year of highschool trying to balance uploading and my daily life.
What I started to do during the week is planning out how I was going to make enough content on the weekend to upload throughout the week. That way, I’d just have to get on my computer to hit upload each day as opposed to trying to make a 1 hour time slot per day work. It’s something that worked for me in my senior year of hs and hopefully u find some use in it. U got it king 👑

Take your time. Do what you can when you can, how you can. Seasons change and some seasons will demand a change from you. It'll be different from the regular flow, but it doesn't make you any less serious. Don't be hard on yourself.

This why i took my break no matter what content u make if u have this mentality of “i need to get this done” u will burn out and ive tried my hardest but im learning its ok too accept that somtimes u wont meet the daily but if u make quality content and good consistent content it changes everything ur mood the audiences i notice it in my content and as a viewer its what im trying to master myself cause when u force ur brain into the you need situation u feel trapped so u avoid but im now starting to feel its not i need to do this that but im getting into the routine of saying its alright imma take a break when i get my creative genius moment i get not everyone good at that but just i relate to what u say and if i can help with that ill try for me idc bout numbers if u do great just find whatever pushes u and dont let it discourage u try and frame everything in intervals once one vids done yeah look at the statistics but focus i find my brain hyper focus on smaller stuff like a comeback vid and it not doing well or something u feel was great but isnt popping off its easy to focus on those moments but id rather take em and leave somtimes u just dont hit the mark and u gotta just take ur time to think what could be better and what did i do right but this part is where i tend to either focus on the good or the bad and i cant say how u are and how u will do things but me im trying to break habit of being like damn i could have done better i could make a better vid because ive done art and in art classes ive learned every pieces value is within the eye of the beholder and every piece u make theres always something to do better next time so dont think to hard on it but instead say alright im done with this one and get to it when u do dont force urself to feel a way u dont because 9/10 i see it leads most and me too to not want to act or even engage in it like I remember when i stopped drawing for almost a whole year my first drawing in a book was basically ass and i punched my sketchbook so many times but i learned then somtimes if u step away u can take ur time it will be even better than last time thats my mindset one content creator to another hope u feel better bro best wishes to u

By forcing yourself to upload once a week your doing excatly what you're doing when looking at views and likes. You are focusing on numbers. Doesn't matter if 3,7 or 30 days have passed, just post a video when you feel motivated to.

So switch the things you can control mason. Work out at home. You're thin like me and body weight workouts are more than enough. That'll save you so much time.
Cut your hair shorter. It'll take less time in the shower and in styling. Something I did at your age was do my homework in the instead of at night. Maybe that's a stretch for most people but hopefully this helps.

i think the main problem is you’re so driven by the numbers and revenue rather than being driven because you genuinely love making content. This makes it less enjoyable for us to watch your content because we feel like you’re not even enjoying making it for us so why should we enjoy watching it? It makes it seem like ur using us as a revenue source rather than seeing us as people who love u and ur content. we just wanna see someone who’s being authentic and genuine and just having fun making videos. it shouldn’t matter what the people want to watch, it should matter more what you want to create and upload, especially because you’re still such a small content creator. Try not to be so stressed out about what you think your subscribers want to see. You never know if a video idea will do good unless you upload it and see for yourself. So please just put out content that you genuinely enjoy making. you expressed that you love the vlog style content creation, so just do that more. Pick up a camera and take us through your day even if it is boring or repetitive, we don’t care we just wanna see you being real and genuine and enjoying the process of the videos.
its not necessarily the revenue that drives me, I truly do love making videos. but when I'm in a mental slump and I feel like I don't enjoy anything, the only thing that drives me then is numbers, more so the engagement and views and comments rather than the rev. its just hard to do my passions when they stop feeling like my passions, and im constantly in and out of phases like that
