@@SwissRunningTV You can maybe improve your foot strike to feel lighter and gain some mobility with the ankles. I don't know if this can help you, but there is a channel named " Kneesovertoesguy " which could maybe help with your articulations. Also, shorter and faster foot strikes and less heel strike if this is something you do. Maybe lighter shoes could help, if you are not in minimalism. Take care.
