Home owner here ... just an update: we were seeking a late August/Labor Day move-in date. Countertop delays will push us out to the middle/end of September. Still rapid, as you can see the home was massively upgraded but still fairly stripped down inside. Give up props to Eric Brown, general contractor; Matt Moser, plumber; Ken Hoage, HVAC; Chris Parker, interior painting; Adam Grace, exterior siding; Mike Fournier, excavation, septic and driveway; Dave Caldwell, flooring. Fast, beautiful work under budget and ahead of schedule. Great team.
