Just used this video to install my own, excellent work.. thank you! Have you seen any led replacements for the side lights that live in the same housing?
@@bigjimny hole is correct yes I also lubricated the gasket but no matter what I tried …. Cllockwise anti-clockwise , lamp in different positions before I twist softly , twist with force but still nothing … already destroyed a bulb set …. Drives me crazy
@@bigjimny Martin hi, it's Andy jimny here. Can you help me, my drl and right fog ha e stopped working all together. I've changed the fog for a new led, but neither still works. Can't find the fuse either. Any ideas, the manual does not mention dlr fuses location. Please help. Thanks.
@@andyakarudolfhessiansack7936 They are fed from differnet supplies so unlikely to be a fuse, however they go to the same connector in the bumper, both for the supply and the earth, I would look at the earth connection first.
@@bigjimny So thankful you replied Martin, thabk you. Mmmhh, so probably not the fuse. OK. I did notice the DLR blinking before it went out. Is it an easy fix? Will have to get the bumper off then. Just checking I'm not going mad, but I am right in assuming both fronts have fogs right?
yep thanks - worked perfectly - thank you so much :)
Brilliant done. Thank you
Great video. ordered them quick delivery, looks fabulous. Thanks Martin.
Just installed the bulbs I bought off you a few weeks ago just turned up in nz shit they look good 👌🏻
You mention you need the correct resistance for the right bulbs, could you share what the resistance is?
Love your vids, can you do one about the changing of the main light bulbs to led bulbs on the commercial ?
@Martin Lines Martin Lines - the bulb is P13W ?
Loving the sound effects 😂

Is that fog lamps H8 for this jb74 jimny? Thanks!
There two lights to change, the park light P13W and the fog light H8.
Can we install cornering lights on jimny ?
Top notch video! Any chance that you could link the bulb below (make, details, etc.)?

Martin Lines cheers!
I just installed these. They are VERY ( too ) bright and will likely result in complaints from oncoming traffic.
No they won't. These are DRL's and should only be on during daylight. They switch off once you turn on the main headlamps at night.
Any idea why I can not fit any type of led I have bought ?? I just can’t get the lamp to lock in place … no matter what I do …
Have you oiled the rubber gasket and are you trying the correct hole in. Not the fog lamp hole

@@tigrarulez did you buy them from me?
@@bigjimny no … I tried but they were out of stock on your website
What size tyres have you fitted? Thanks for the guide!
Just realised you were asking about the Gen4 in the video, not the Gen3 behind it. The Gen4 has 215/75R15
@@bigjimny Are they BF Goodrich? Have you fitted wheel spacers? Just thinking about a set for my Gen 4 (also in white!)
@@sonachan1 they are bf Goodrich KM3 215/75/R15. Standard rims, no spacers and no lift
Just done these on my Jimny. You need the grip strength of a gorilla to twist them in once you've got the bulb in place.
Did you lubricate the rubber seal as per the note on the shop?
Do the do different temperature LED,s I'm not a fan of the bright white, they are just annoyingly bright for other drivers
I have only seen 6000k whites. You could stay with the Tungsten
They are Day lights so not a problem for the other drivers during the day.
