Thank you Pastor David for speaking to us so naturally. Your attire is so relaxed it makes you more approachable and easy to listen too. Your tattoos don't bother me at all because the outside does not define you at all. What defines you is the Holy Spirit of Jesus who dwells within you and the richness that is imparted unto others because of That Holy Spirit. Blessings and abundance to you and yours in the Name of the Most HIgh God and His True Son, Jesus Christ.

1:41, Ten Commandments. Not sure why people still insist on worshipping at the dark mountain (Hebrews 12:18-24) as though that was the apex of God's moral revelation. New Covenant Christians are never call to observe the "ministry of death" (II Corinthians 3:7-18). Oh well, some refuse to leave Sinai.

I won't leave Sinai, because that's the symbol of heaven on earth, God coming down to us and giving us His love; God said "don't tell me, SHOW me you love me by obeying me". After all the New Covenant is God's Law now written in the heart instead of tablets of stone.

Law is not love; law does not have personality; it is a dead letter. It’s easy to confuse the purpose of the Law-Giver with the purpose of the codified (religious) law
given to Israel. That law spoke to sin producing in the believer a defiled conscience. Men laboured under a constant sense of guilt and shame and condemnation. They were never free in their spirit to serve the Living God. The Law resulted in spiritual bondage. (Gal 4:24).
The “old way of the written code”, the old covenant, was a “ministry of death” in that it served to "bring forth fruit unto death". (2Cor 3:7; Rom 7:4-6).
The “new way of the spirit”, the new covenant, was a “ministry of life”(2Cor 3:6). In that it served to "bring forth fruit for God". (Rom 7:6).
The Spirit (of Grace) is Love. The Spirit spoke to the heart. It set free from a “defiled
conscience”; from guilt and condemnation, and spiritual bondage. "For freedom Christ set men free" "to serve the living God" (Gal 5:1; 13; 2:19).
What we see here is a change of status, positionally, before God, as far as God is
concerned. No longer is there a consciousness of "sin-law-death-condemnation" to those in Christ Jesus; now there is a consciousness of "righteousness-grace-life-approval" (2Cor 5:21: Rom 5:18: 8:1-3) And that was truly liberating; setting believers free in the spirit of their minds to serve the Living God with joy and praise.
There is no "sin-consciousness" in Christ thus there is no need for law in Christ.

      It's really simple
The dead letter as Paul puts it is the ceremonial law or the handwriting of ordinance (handwritten by moses)
But then there is Gods eternal immutable 10 commandment written by His own finger.
There are 2 distinctive laws for 2 different purposes one is eternal and the other to be fulfilled by Christs life death and resurrection
