- Eric Turner and family were at the 2018 Shell Rotella Super Rigs truck show and there was an opportunity to go out on the road and capture more of Eric's history and trucking experience. Both he and Stacy share how the company formed, as well as what stepping stones lead up to where Turner Transport Truck Lines is now. Eric is running a 2015 Peterbilt 389 Fitzgerald glider Detroit 60 series / 650hp with PDI goodies / 18 speed / 80in Ultra sleeper / 3.55 rears / 270in wheelbase with a 2018 Wally-Mo 8 car hauler trailer.
The camera car "Mission Control" started to loose electrical power during the interview and cut the video short. A couple months later Chris had bought a plane ticket to go to Atlanta to complete the video, but the day after the purchase Eric got a load to Florida... So why not shoot in both locations anyway.

Hauling cars is one of the toughest jobs I've ever done from finding them at an auction yard to make them all fit car haulers work hard for their money

Eric, that's a great looking truck there. I use to live in Conley Creek in Ellenwood and seen the truck serval times on Moreland Ave heading to 285. Also enjoyed hearing you and your wife talk about the business and wish you guys continued success. Great job Chris, always look forward to your videos. That was a treat to see a hometown driver and his family featured.

Sometimes you got to do what you got to do man. I’m experiencing it now. I get make fun off sometimes when I struggle backing but the people making the jokes are still driving for someone. I’m out here struggling but driving my own truck ... only had the license for 3 years... mad respect for all out there trucking👍

My favorite part of the interviews is when we can see the drives pick up or unload it’s fun and net to be able to see them work outside of their truck!

Love this!!! Car hauling is extremely difficult to do, especially with high end cars. Weather also makes it challenging.

Thats what I call TRUE RESPECT! When a person isn't afraid to admit their faults or mistakes no matter who they're around or where they are at! To listen to this man talk you hear nothing but truth straight up. I've never met him but I can honestly tell you I have instant respect for him.
Man I seen your truck yesterday when I was coming out of Columbia, SC. You were headed west toward Atlanta it was raining, but still this is by far the best looking car hauler that I have seen.

I seen this truck in smyrna, tn @ the peterbilt dealership off I-24 and that petecar looks awesome in person for real. Mr. Eric, much props to u on your equipment. I used to haul cars with a dually with a 4 car hauler. I messed up a few cars from misjudging the ramps over the cab, but it made me a better car hauler. I wanted to get into the multi car field, but couldnt get find a company to accept my criminal background
Man.. I don't know how I stumbled on this channel. I'm not a trucker, don't know anything about them but this is a super cool idea and a great way to serve a community that I've not seen served before. This is super cool! Great work!

shoooweeee, DEFINITELY some talent needed in loading/unloading.....if I had loaded it, I would've had to bypass the auction and gone straight to the salvage/scrap metal yard cause of all the damage I would've done during the loading process..... hat's off to you, driva.......great job, beautiful truck 👍👍and hat's off to u also Chris for a great video👍👍
I used to see Turner and that badazz Pete every week delivering cars to my job at DriveTime used cars in Union City GA about 4 years ago. He told me his story and it gave me the inspiration I needed to get my CDL and start truckin’. This year I’ll become an O/O LW.

I've been doing cars for 20 years and have the odd mishap. It's part of the job.
Every car hauler has damaged cars or they lying just part of job and learning curve... done my far share of damage
Scott Galbraith I’ve learned also for some reason car haulers used to be called the n word of trucking industry, guess cause it’s a dirty job and actually gotta work, don’t know if they still call us that. I’ve done good bit in trucking from dry van, heavy haul and hauling livestock but made the most money hauling cars hands down and guy I worked for we don’t experience a slow period like most other aspects of trucking
