  • A NEVER DUPLICATED 'TOUGH ACT TO FOLLOW'
An adventure? Early morning hours? Guest co-pilot? A Big Truck?
Who says you have to have all your eggs in one basket? Maybe not eggs but truck parts, accessories, paint and add-ons.
Bring on board: Rollin Transport, Brad Garetson, one truck, 12 Gauge Customs, Valley Chrome, Dynaflex Products, RLK Custom, T/A Truck Painting, Amcan Truck Parts and a vision? What does that equate?? Another fine truck to fit into the #sorryboutyaneck category.
On hand, we have Christopher E. Fiffie of Big Rig Videos, guest co-pilot Chris Weinstein and Mission Control proving there is no limit to what they can do. Watch as they take on a 2016 Peterbilt 389 glider pushing CAT power on a 325" wheelbase with Brad behind the wheel on an interstate adventure to a narrow road delivery in Florida.
From early morning hours, sunrise to sunset and sunshine in between, listen to tales of when Big Rig Videos was born, the truck (ironically) that made Brad know he wanted to drive and a Q&A like no other.
How did Chris Weinstein and Christopher Fiffie meet? What company was it that gave Christopher Fiffie his start to forming Big Rig Videos? What was his first truck show? Why did Chris Weinstein believe Christopher Fiffie was a good fit? First encounters, Thursday antics, solidified friendships, turbo whistle imitations and an interest in brand consistency. Hit that play button for some information that not many know and a glimpse of the person behind Big Rig Videos.
Was there always a Mission Control? Find out where this SRT started as a dream that became a reality and the truck chaser you see today.
Get a first hand look as Chris Weinstein asks questions to gain some knowledge into the trucking industry. What is a glider? What is Elogs? Why the long wheelbase? Brad will shed some light on all of the above and more.
Take a step back in time to when Brad first started driving, who he was driving for when he went to Kenly, NC and met Christopher Fiffie for the first time and what does he like best about trucking. Get Brad's explanation of the "less is more" statement and how he deals with the attention of driving a nice truck. If you don't know, listen to Brad give his thoughts of what it takes to be an over-the-road truck driver.
What makes this truck so special? Listen to Brad explain the ideas behind the light pattern, who made the striping idea come to life and what makes this 389 so unique to other trucks on the road. Isn't this just a show truck? No, this is a working show truck that does get dirty but there is a pride level in maintaining the working show truck status and being a part of the biggest truck show in the world...the open road. - Written By Stephanie Haas, Diesel Addict Photos.

This was a great video. Really cool to see the unloading part as well. I would love to own a semi one day to tow the race cars around just because I've always wanted to drive one. Ironically I live about 20 minutes from the chrome shop and drove by it during the truck show on my way to a Formula Drift event and my roomate and I seriously considered bailing on this once a year event to go to the truck show. After binge watching these videos, I wish I would have.

I am a disable driver, been that way for 2.5 yrs, when 5 doctors walked into the hospital room and told me I would never work again. I really miss driving and sometimes it is very hard not to jump into a rig and go for it.
The hours were long and the job was hard but it was very rewarding to me. I have a huge respect for those who can still do it
God bless our drivers and ya'll be safe.

Great interview as always, but this time your partner and long-time friend and total novice to the trucking industry really brought up great questions, you can tell after this trip along with you guys has changed his mind set and for the better and to quote one of his questions" I wonder if those people admiring this top shelf truck will notice more trucks on the road and maybe pay attention to trucks in general" I believe he to will notice more trucks in general. GREAT CHANNEL INCREDIBLE JOB AS ALWAYS!! Keep up the great work and to Rollin--their motto is spot on--Amazing trucks!! Be safe out there!!!

I polished aluminum weekend after weekend, so I know what it takes to keep theses rigs looking like they do. Watching theses interviews sure makes me want to drive again. Driving a big rig wasn’t a job at all, but a privilege. Especially when they were all shined up. The looks you got made it worth the effort. It’s almost as hard to keep your truck clean as it was to clean. Great videos and awesome looking trucks. Thanks.

Chris thank you for doing this thing that you do. I've watched your videos for a long time and I've never sent you a comment or reply back. I apologize for that. Thanks for sharing how this all got started. Your videos show some of the most awesome trucks and operators that own them. This was my childhood dream to do exactly what these guys do sometimes life takes you in a different direction though . A dad drove a truck best friend Darryl that showed me how to drive a truck used to run the Alcan in Alaska so he's pretty much seen it all. But I probably never do this which is sad. Because of the company I run today. But anyway I wanted to say thank you for keeping me in touch with what's Top Notch and Top Notch operators. Be safe out there brother. Take care

Good job, Chris. I'm no longer in the business, but growing up on a farm, naturally started driving at a very early age from the field to the elevator. I started running cotton seeds from the bottom of Texas to the top (Wolfe City) at the age of 17 (luckily I was never caught). One image that I visualize every night to fall asleep, is of a rolling, shiny chrome bud wheel, accompanied by the whine of a blower. You deliver LOADS of that, so your videos before I got to bed at night are the best thing ever. I fall asleep with a smile. Keep it up, Bro..

I have to kinda go with the comments about the 59 minutes. You've done it, I planned on watching this in parts, and here I am, all at once. You just took the rollin interview to another level. For me, in my honest opinion, you chose the right truck for this. I am in love with this truck. Great footage, great info. I'm really glad Chris got to experience this and see that driving a working show truck is a job in itself. I drive a very nice truck, no where near the level Vinnie takes his trucks, but, the way I look at it is this... I get paid to drive and clean. Since I'm spending so time with the truck, I may as well deliver a load or 2. Again, excellent job Mr Fiffie.

I seen this truck at TA (aka) total appearance in pewaukee.... Just sitting in the cab.. Pretty cool kid. Him and some of the of Vinnie trucks will be at homer truck wash. His drivers are honest, respectful and a group of guys to chat with. The fancy trucks are nice they said, but there are times you are on the road for a long time. Good video Chris..!!! Glad to see them represent Wisconsin

I agree with Chris. I think the Government is butting to much in our business.
I have been watching this rolling interviews for a week. These are really great for the truckers/

That's one nice looking truck and trailer. You make a truck driver look good.
