Was at the fight and a big whittaker fan but the showboating made this look like it was a definitive & absolute walkover...it helps him take rounds when really he didnt have Arenyeka in any trouble at any point. Love the entertainment factor but would have loved to see whittaker apply a plan b, close the show and back up the confidence with a devastating win at this level, arguably a level he should be walking through

Bare in mind, ref can only see their back, Ben had one hand on Ezra's back and one on the front which the ref cannot see. Someone could do what some football players do by pretending he hit him, goes on the floor pretending to be in great pain and state he cannot continue because of a punch during the break and Ben could have been disqualified. Sure it's not sportsman like but I'm just saying some boxers would do something like that. Ben would only have himself to blame for all the insults he is doing to his opponents and for putting himself in such a situation. showboating will only get him so far even if he does turn out to be an elite boxer. There will be opponents where showboating won't work and likely would even cost him a fight.
