Hi, what about durability ? It's also important… for drying emulsion on frame, with a simple fan , it take 15 min :) Nice presentation anyway, I still prefer screen printing with hands, I still don't want work for printers manufacturers with their insane furniture politics (inks, mechanic pieces, print heads cloging… etc)

I sais DTF will NEVER compare to screen printing, I agree

Hello, excellent video! I truly value your effort in creating these tutorials. I have a quick question about silk screen burning. With your 500-watt lights, could you please advise on the duration or number of minutes for exposing the screen frame? Additionally, what should be the height or distance from the screen to the light to have a good silkscreen pattern? Thank you so much!

      Thanks for expressing your gratitude!
There’s many ways to go about it, however it’s not my expertise, I’d suggest looking online for better assistance when it comes to screen printing:)

Hi, never include one time cost, it has to be separate. The costing should be per sq" or SQM etc. There are DTF printers with dryer & powder shaker around the same amount, the chinese versions. I think the right comparison would be heat transfer print on shirt made from screen & DTF.

I think you should take what’s helpful and apply your own strategy, personally I think you should just have fun, happy printing!

You will never get great results with those cheap DTF printers you have. They aren't native DTF printers but adapted for that application. I think you will never know the true DTF potential until you get a printer with i3200 dual heads.
