What a blessing to be able to still be taught by RC. This is the absolute best use of modern technology. Thank you for making so many of his videos available to us.
I really appreciated the explanation of Phil 2:12 and 13. I agree with RC's insight on this and find it helpful in order to better understand and put it into words.
Far more important than many realise.
Man I love and miss Sproul sr. But I also miss terribly RC jr. I really enjoy listening to his content

I personally think Jesus did not need to descend into hell. Sin was paid for at the cross when Jesus laid down His life... Also keep in mind what He declared to the thief, "This day you shall be with Me in Paradise."

All are assumptions, maybes and not a good understanding or thinking about this reading of the passage written by Peter. I agree that the passage that says that Jesus descended into hell refers to his death on the cross where He took all sins on Him and death for them was fulfilled for the forgiveness of His believers. He conquered death for them.
I love pastor Sproul and most of his bible interpretations but not all, this putting God in hell it is one that I don’t think is biblical. God Is in heaven and not in hell with sinners to ad their suffering
I do not agree with the teaching that for the lost that are in hell the presence of God to be with the presence of God
