It's been a while since I've fallen asleep to an ASMR video, and last night this one did the trick! I've been struggling with a lot of anxiety/health issues as of late, so thank you for making this video!
27:21 no but this actually hit me really hard, caught me by surprise. I have ADHD and anxiety and in order to function I take daily medication, but the only stimulants that work for me have the side effect of completely taking away my appetite. I couldn't eat on my meds without feeling sick, and when I was off my meds I'd just forget to eat. I started feeling really dizzy and lightheaded whenever I stood up, and I kept losing weight. I felt awful all the time and I didn't realize for a long time that it was cuz i wasn't eating properly. I ended up losing 10 lbs over 3 months when I was 14 and I hadn't realized until then that I had been accidentally starving. Told my mother how bad I felt and she responded "but you look so nice and thin" and WOW I'm glad I was already determined to feel better because holy crap mom that's an awful response. I never had anyone really care that I was trying so hard to eat more and gain back the weight I lost. Happy to say I gained back the total 15 lbs I lost and I'm feeling a lot better, but that part of the video really got me cuz i still struggle tor remember to eat now and it felt really gratifying to hear someone care if I ate for once, even if it was just a character. Still had me tearing up ;-; thank you, "kind rich girl" I did actually remember to eat lunch today!

she seems so sad but she’s trying to comfort us. i feel like we aren’t a good friend, she is clearly going through something and so are we sue to our moms illness but that doesn’t make her feelings by less valid. 4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
Mix all these together then add
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp milk
Add as many chocolate chips as you want!
Mix and put in microwave for 45 seconds. If not cooked after that then add more seconds until cooked

The hand tracing thing works for panic attacks. I remembered this during a intense panic attack and used the hand tracing it helped. Comment if you have panic attacks so we can help share tricks and tips 💗 I wanna help everyone!💗

If u feel a panic attack coming on and it’s slowly getting intense try tracing ur hand with your other hands pointer finger slowly and count backwards from 10 repeat until you feel more “in control” you can also close your eyes and find your “happy place” finding ur happy place is difficult it will take time. If it’s a sudden and intense panic attack remove ur self from the situation. Carry tea tree essential oil with you 24/7 so you can breathe in the calming sent. Close tour eyes and think of the earth slowly rotating around the sun. Breathe in the oil and relax. Hope that helps! 💗💗💗
