KP-48 yeah its all at night, and a "spiritual" sequel to all those games, it takes elements from all of them, But Underground and Carbon have the biggest impact.

What I love about this game is the free roam. You could be in a patrol as police and then turn on your sirens and lights on command at ANY time! The structures are so cool! I love using ramps and truely everything about this game. The customization is so diverse! This game is a masterpiece. My two favorites that I have is NFS hot persuit and ofcourse this game, NFS rivals. Thank you for this amazing experience!

Kind of amazing to realize that the frostbite engine can pull off such super realistic graphics for 17 year old gaming console (PS3). Compare that to cyberpunk2077 being unable to run properly on a PS5, let alone PS4.
I really love the twist at the end of the trailer, where he actually turns out to be a cop. Need for Speed used to be such a great game with a serious atmosphere. I absolutly love it.

The game may not be one of the best in the eyes of the underground OG's, but let's be honest here, you can't go wrong with the baller soundtrack.

I want a revival of this sort of format, with a refresh of sorts. The game was a buggy mess with the rushed time constraint, but I have the most fond memories of this game regardless. hackers and constant targeting aside, it's an absolutely lovely experience.
I think it won't happen. Not because it's impossible, but because the franchise will be stuck in that "Underground" style since 2015
Sadly NFS is stuck in the trying to copy Underground and Most Wanted era, mostly because Blackbox era fanboys slammed Rivals and Hot Pursuit thanks to the lack of customization, that much customization wasn't necessary in both games because they were a continuation of Hot Pursuit 1998, Nfs 4 and HP2.

this is my favorite nfs. The philosophy of all nfs is in rivals. "I just want to be famous" "I just need to stop you" Nothing more than that, hunt and be hunted.
I dont know why evereyone is so pumped for underground 3,i mean,those cars and stuff are past, deal with it. And now graphics are wickedly awesome,cars are cool and its more realistic.
imo nfs was never about ilegal street racing or realism (that last one kinda killed the saga actually)
it was just the arcade feeling, and everything else are just eras, the tunning era was good, obviusly, but not everything needs to be like it, cops vs racers is amazing, thats another era (even older than tunning huh), the fandom needs to let go the tunning era once for all, jesus..

People hate good things for no reason!
The reason why it got a lot of hate was because the game had a lot of bugs/glitches that made the game annoying to play for a lot of people. For the good amount of positives that it had, it also had an equal amount of negatives which turns off a lot of people who might've wanted to play this game.
If you enjoyed this game then you were able to look past the negatives and enjoy the game for what its truly worth, however you have to know that not all people are like that.
Rivals is one of my fav NFS games I love the graphics cars sounds and the gameplay

Action, interaction, multiplayer and amazing graphics, sorry guys but the rest will stay in the past. and like i always do in these 19 years of NFS series I will play and enjoy the game.

Der Schnitzelkiller dude, rivals has pretty neat storylineS. With "S'! Has partially good car customization. There are better physics. Better geometry and ambient occlusion. ALL cars are in the main role! In the old nfs, you had like 50 cops around you because they were easy to takedown. Now EVERY single car has its physics, you have to care for every single one! It's more realistic! (Don't let me talk about the well-known "awesome graphics" !!!!!)
Now, in my opinion, I don't like the map, but I understand why (It would be too hard for cops to chase down racers in the NFS MW 2012 Fairhaven city, for example)

Am I the only one which loves Most Wanted the most? Not the new crap, the old 2005 one. It was the only game with cop chases that got my heart pumping. And the AI cops back then was so much smarter too. I once took out 20+ cops in the new Most Wanted by simply driving back and forth a repair shop in a reinforced Veyron and then escaped by wrecking all of them. The repair shops need to go pronto!

Dubai police department + florida racers = NFS Rivals
The most underrated entry in the series imo, the free roaming and hunting racers down or escaping cops in free roam unlike previous cops v racers NFS was a great concept and it was very fun, sadly it had bugs and the fps problems. But a concept like this deserves a second chance.

10 years later and this is still one of the best NFS games there is, they should remake it with the personalization of unbound and the variety of cars of Heat

I actually liked Hp2 and still think it's the best of all. I also liked Rivals, Hot Pursuit, and Heat. But that Underground 1&2 And Most wanted (normal & 2012) was just... Absolute garbage.

Looking back at this game, it's been a wonderful and awesome time playing this, I would've loved to play when overwatch was active. No need for speed will ever match how fun this was and still is, hope they port it over to ps5 also. My main complaint is the AI logic, especially cops and civilians. To put it in an easy way:
Cops: oh look a player! Let me do a U-turn in front of him! Don't forget to drive into him also for no reason!
Civilians: oh a player is nearby! Quick, spawn in the most awkward places ever so the player will always crash into us!
September 2018 and I still prefer this game 🤘

I want this game to be about an illegal racer who was caught by corrupted cops for speeding. He lost everything including his home and his car. Now he decides to form his own gang in prison and when he was being released, he bought a new car from his friend. He decides to take down the corrupted cops for good.
Nazri Buang now that's a good script of need for speed game but it would be more like the crew .

This is Need For Speed video game
So lemme make a formula that would make people equally content, unless they really want to eliminate the other totally:
1: Cars
- Tuners would be exclusive to many customization options including body kits, spoilers, neons, audio, and even custom headlights. Some of them are offroad capable while others are perfect drifters.
- Musclecars would be the dragsters, and would be modified and upgraded as such.
- Exotics would be the top speed (Not acceleration like Muscles, or Grip like Tuners) custom rims, and custom paint job, and performance upgrades are minimal, but would not go further than that, being what they are.
2: racing
- Urban and rural, enough said. I mean, why not having both city racing and rural racing, with deserts, coastals, mountainsides, and other beautiful environments to sight-see?
- Be-the-cop mode would be best with MW's pursuit system. Cruise, find a racer, arrest them with a squad of them, as others block the road. Order Rhinos, spikes, etc.
3: Online/offline
- EA's tries to make online only nfs-es are getting old, especially with each race being so randomly selected. The reason we all loved Multiplayers was none of such nonsense, but the fact there was a race host, and the other players, and they decided together what race was next. Also, why not allowing players with no internet connection or will to race against other people, to play it offline? Ability to pause.

The weather is as if there will b no tomorrow & the graphics portray it as if u feel every moment. Its night. A dutiful Under-Cover Cop i.e. u, r chasing a racer who himself is fearless. Both of ur cars have sustained critical damage to the point one further hit will b fatal. U summon an airship. It comes with a sound which u dont want to not hear. Dead leaves, dust, etc.; otherwise lying calmly on the ground suspend into air, further deteriorating the already not good weather. U get an EMP lock onto the racer in the sole light from the airship whose pilot keeps u informed. Now, put urself in place of either. That thrill is Rivals.
The game is really good, I have it on XBox One and I am telling ya, its worth it.
