@@Nwordplzplz Today's best OLED TVs have better images than most LED TVs except the Z9 series. Just about every OLED enthusiast who gets to see an 8k Z9 agrees that the Z9 looks way better (even in a dark room). But if you can't afford a Z9 then I wouldn't look go look at one, it will only make you love your own OLED TV a little less.
I was going to go for this TV but I saw an X95K in person and messed with the settings. I think it’s going to be the X95K for me. Save a lot of money and damn what a great TV. Z9K is still going to be a beast. Maybe I will upgrade when the price drops
@@verticostate Hey I’ve actually never seen a Z9J in person. There is a good video on here though where a dude is replacing his A90J with a Z9J and in that video the TV looked phenomenal. X95K reminded me a lot of that TV in the video as the Z9J in the video was SMOKING the A90J in brightness, color, and shadow detail. This is what the 85” X95K was doing in the store. It was next to the 77” A80J, the new 77” A80K and the 83” A90J. It was SMOKING all three of them. Like blowing them out of the water. I got a hold of a remote from a store representative and I put the X95K in standard mode. Color temp to expert 2. Next to it was the A90J in vivid mode. Bro when I tell you the X95K in standard made the A90J in vivid look like it was on energy saver mode. The A90J is no slouch either I owned that TV and loved it. But the X95K was just embarrassing the OLED’s around it bro and laughing in their faces with that backlight master drive basically giving the MiniLED the perfect blacks we’ve come to love and expect in an OLED. Check it out man I couldn’t believe how good it looked
@@senpaiwaifu9885 Excited for you bro. Have you seen it in person yet? My jaw dropped literally. Couldn’t believe it. I’m sure in a dark room the cinema bars might raise a little above perfect blacks. I am going to try and be as realistic, forgiving and understanding in that respect. However in the store I saw zero raised blacks. Zero blooming. I couldn’t believe I wasn’t looking at an OLED.
@@stevenrodriguez9655 I have not seen it in person yet dear, since the showroom is located in the north in my country and I'm located in the south. Eventually I will go, I got till December to pick 2 up. Brian's review on the X95K T.V convince me. I believed you when you told me you confused this T.V with an OLED.
Looks wonderful and yet I’m curious would it have even looked better if shot in 4k hdr ? Has Sony made this tv have the ability to play 8k you tube videos in 8k resolution?
Me too! I was so very impressed with the Z9K when I visited Sony's US HQ back in October and November and my very optimistic anticipation for the Z9K was not disappointed!
Hey man how you doing tech therapy love all your videos I was wondering if you can tell me between the Sony z9k the Sony a80l and LG signature Z1 tv for movies and games Which will be the best for you thank you.
Brian, I bought a 55” A80J on sale for $999 just before summer. Sony processing is sooo good. My main living space is an 83” C1. The LG left me disappointed with live sports. I bought the NVidia Shield Pro with the AI upscaling. It gets it closer to the Sony, and happy thus far. I regret returning the Sony A80J77 before the LG C1 purchase. SDR content on Sony is so great.
It COULD be the "the King", if it had the same resolution, but used OLED tech. Because, for example, when viewing scenes in Sci-Fi movies, like "Gravity", "Interstellar", or "2001: A Space Odyssey", that are set in outer space, any good quality OLED, regardless of its resolution, will display such scenes with a good deal more realism than the Z9K is capable of, because the Z9K depends on its outmoded LCD/LED back-lit technology, that prevents it from achieving total black, and the Z9K's back lighting system, even in using mini-LEDs, cannot be 100% free of producing some annoying blooming, which NO OLED suffers from.
@@mrb0775 There is no ideal TV, there are + and - for each technology, my friend, do not teach me inaccurately, I have been dealing with TVs for 12 years and I know the smallest details and image tokens. In general, after the settings - I'm not talking about "professional calibration", the TV to refine its blue sides and remove the weak ones is actually ideal, it can even be given that it is not OLED, the LCD gives a zero black level, too, if you did not know my friend, the same ZD9 ZG9
Wow man I was watching this on my phone and I can still see the image pop it looks 3D with how bright it is and how good it can do blacks at the sometime. Alot of the content you showed popped in a real 3D way as if I was there
I am curious about a comparison of the Z9K with the Z9J from last year. Is it an improvement and in general does the Z9K make sense with the strong lineups with OLED and QD OLED that are currently on the market?
Well they have made it Mini LED so more zones, better back light control with Sony backlight master drive. 2nd gen XR processor. We shall see how it stands let the reviews begin.
@@tobiaspabst5524 Yes similar processor, but a bit fine tuned, lets say a higher stepping processor, but if you do your research it is a new revised XR or a new stepping in some other circles.
At first glance I liked the Z9K and I thought it would be awesome to watch live sports, adventure, travel, wildlife, some movie collections in a bright living room.
I'm not in the market. Got the A80J for my bedroom and am still very happy with the Z9D in my living room, but I'm definitely curious to see if Sony gets that masters series LED magic back as they have gotten worse since the Z9D.
It’s strange that a company gets worse on their products. I would assume the master drive was not profitable at the price they were selling them at. The average price for a TV purchase in the US aid $1400. Sony can obviously make these products, they probably are not making money on them.
Brian Bro🤙 one more point - local dimming at the MEDIUM level always stood according to the standard, noticed when you put it on HIGH on Z8H, the clarity of the image was lost😝, it became blurred, as well as the picture on small and medium-sized objects, small parts of the illumination, the headlights of cars, the lights were dimmer at HIGH, and looked not a full-fledged picture, when I put it on the MEDIUM, everything became as it should😊. Note in terms of clarity, it is clearly visible on the Film Matrix Revolution HDR - in the middle of the film, where the Octopuses gathered and attacked the towers, it is somewhere around 1h: 7min, 15sec - 1h: 7min, 40sec, there was a strong change in the local dimming algorithm from MEDIUM to HIGH, if possible, check.👍The HIGH local algorithm have more brightness on large areas, but extinguished Low and Medium one s and blurred the picture in clarity.
Is the z9k/x95k a calibrated LED panel like the Z9D? Also how would moana look like on these? I am adding another tv. I currently have a TC65GZ1000 which is an amazing Panasonic Oled! I’m thinking of picking up the 83” masters or the 85” X95K. 🤔

I got the ZD9 65 inch atm but look to upgrade most concerning for me is the VRR since I'm a big PC Gamer and looking to get those 120 Fps. I've seen the X95K I was NOT impressed with Sony's answer to VRR I love vibrant picture. Is the Z9K any different?
I have calculated a 41x20 total of 840, this information will be useful for someone, Shane was throwing off a video test on local blackout zones. But it seems like there are a lot of microdiodes in one zone, and not just 1 light bulb, Brian, you can ask Robert this question, there are a lot of diodes in 1 zone, or just 1 mini diode bulb.
I'm sure it works like the setup TCL used for the 825 first gen mini led sets. It has thousands of mini leds and each zone controls like 13 from what I read. I think my 65 825 TCL actually has more zones but they've had a few years to perfect it and maybe settling on fewer zones being just fine, plus Sony really knows what they doing to control things. They probably get their panels from TCL anyway but it's what they do to drive them that counts.
@@69DartmanNo, it does not work like TSL and TSL has 160 dimming zones at size 65. The Z9K has a backlight and tens of thousands of diodes, as it turned out, according to the main site, this information is in the video. TSL simply has 1 light bulb in each zone, and the brightness is different, and algorithms, TSL in terms of picture and processing cannot be close to Z9K or X95K, Sony has a peculiar picture, the most realistic, it looks different simply. So friend, don't make me laugh about TSL and Sony, not to mention the picture itself as a whole and processing. Save money for a real TV, not a compromise one.
@@dennisblack870 I am quite happy with the picture my TCL 65 825 has. I don't see any blooming till I'm way off angle. The color balance and pop looks great and it has excellent flesh tone. It wasn't a compromise as far as TCL was concerned, it was their top tier best series they made in 2019 and they kept slowly updating the firmware to fix most of the issues the early versions had. The 65 retailed at 2k and the 75 retailed for 3k which was a lot for TCL considering they were known as a good bang per buck second tier brand. I have had a couple of lower end Sony lcd TVs before and I always liked the overall color and picture quality they had, plus all the extra advanced adjustments to get them to look as good as you could or preferred them to look. We are still using a 42" Sony lcd set we were given for Xmas 2012 and it still looks great and bright in one of the main bedrooms here. I normally can't afford the Sony name tax so I look for good lower price stuff that looks excellent. I was really intrigued by the new mini led tech TCL introduced and in February 2020 I got a decent tax refund and wanted to upgrade to a bigger better set than the 55H8C Hisense I had that had just died. I looked at the Vizio 65 Quantam X, I think it was, at Costco and the TCL at Best Buy on sale and I preferred the TCL so I haggled on the price and bought it. I now want a even better bigger set so I ordered the 75 Z9K because I recently came into some decent toy money and I want a top end set that should blow away what I have now but not cost 10k. Everyone has their preferences and price point so you get what you like and can afford. I wouldn't even consider it normally but have enough money to comfortably step it up beyond my normal comfort level and Sony is using tech I'm quite familiar with now only improved.
@@69Dartman you will be impressed man with the z9k. My 6yr old x940e still is impressive for 4k HDR movie even compared to all the current TV line ups. @@IronCan88 I have had it since July 5th and when it gets decent quality HD or 4k video in it really looks stunning. The pop and black levels are great and it gets really bright with HDR content. I can see the occasional blooming but it's minimal and some other minor things but the overall picture package and sound quality is just the complete package and I've been rewatching all my favorite HDR demos and being completely wowed and blown away by how they look now.
Great that you guys are shooting in a dark studio but now we need to get a better camera with locked aperture so the brightness isn’t constantly changing makes it harder to gauge blooming. Amazing review of 8k tv. Since now Z9K has come out I wanna ask you what is the big difference between Z9j vs Z9K . Quality , sound and what tv would you between both ? And why? Need your recommendation and opinion
Great question! The Z9k's biggest change has been the inclusion of the legendary master drive which helps it's local dimming. It also has the added Sony camera. Sounds similar but apparently is improved as a center channel when using the HT-A9 system. Z9J is awesome and an absolute bargain
Hey Brian, why I’m getting blurry fuzzy picture when I connect my series x to my Z9J,the picture doesn’t look clean and sharp, even tho I raise the sharpness to max & reality creation to max still looks like I’m playing 720p content..any tips will be apréciate thanks.
You have to go in to inputs and enable hdmi ports . Enhance hdmi. Sharpness and reality creation will look terrible as the panel is 8k. Go into inputs and put them in 4k
I did turned on enhanced HDMI and pick best picture quality, but 4k picture still looks soft even tho I max sharpness & reality creation,do I have a bad panel or should I change it for a 75” x95k 4k native tv..thanks
First off ... Thank you and V.E. so very much for this video. I know you enjoyed showing this just as much as I did watching it. My viewing area only gets pitch black at night so this is where this tech comes into play the best for my taste. With some fine tweaking this looks like it will be the upgrade and upsize for my 75" Z9D. Only negative for me ☹is the loss of 3D which I enjoy. The Audio sounded really good and clear so it will be interesting how/if the TV's audio will bring any added benefit to my surround sound system. Regarding 8K Video on the Z Models. Is there any truth to this comment or is it just an "Old Wife's Tale" (from a poster on a well known forum) " The upscaling used by the Z9J/K doesn't actually use 8K pixels. A fourth of the pixels are turned off in every mode but graphics and photos. Don't believe me? Take a very close look at the screen." ? TIA and looking forward to more detailed videos on the Z9K especially the 85". 😎
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY Yes, all is well and I hope as well for you and your loved ones. Maybe when you bump into R.Z. or D.Nice you can ask them about that. TIA ! I also have more questions about the Z and 8K but I'll catch you on your next Z9K Video about those questions.
Thanks for the kind words and good question! Sony's Z9J and Z9K uses all of the 8K 33 million pixels when displaying any content, even low resolution cable is beautifully scaled to 8K. Sony's Z9J and Z9K are fixed 8K pixel array displays and have no choice but to use all of the pixels with all content.
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY Brian, I would like to send you info on 8K in regards to the Z9J and Z9K. Due to the nature I'd prefer to send it in a more private venue. Do you have a business email I can send it to you ? TIA.
The black bars on the Jennifer Gala footage, they are definitely lifted and kind of bluish.. That said, the Z9K is actually not meant for dark room viewing. It's designed as a high end light cannon for a bright living room in a posh expensive home. Think floor to ceiling windows. In that you'd never see blooming or lifted blacks. That is just how it is and how our eyes would see it. In a dark room however there is more noticeable blooming. 17:56 sorry, not true. With standard 16:9 black bars they can be fully black on 900B/800B and 95/90B as well. The narrow bars have some bleed. But not these 16:9. Not like it's shown here. Sony clearly has a bit of an issue with their blooming on this first MiniLED try. I guess they don't expect anyone to ever use them in the dark.
Hey Brian I’m a fairly new follower love the videos ! Can you do a video on your take on LED vs OLED? I’ve heard you mention your love for LED’s and more specifically the 3D effect of LED’s. I’m not sure what you mean by this? I have a couple OLED’s (A9G, A95K, and had a C9) so my opinion is they blew the previous LED’s I had out of the water. I’ve never had a new generation Mini LED and am planning on upgrading my A9G “theater” TV soon that is used mostly for 4K blu rays. You got me thinking if I should look into Mini LED’s now as my plan was 77” A95L.
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY Awesome thank you, and I am also a subscriber and look forward to more videos. I checked your store but could not find the 65 inch, is this because Sony only makes the 75 inch?
I ordered one from Robert 🙂 Hope besides being bigger it looks way better than my TCL 65 825 does. Even with the toy money I couldn't convince myself to spend the money they want for the 85 so 75 will be it. Hoping you think it's as awesome as it's rumored to be.
@@valueelectronics9390 No, thank you for being quick and helpful with the emails back and forth figuring this out. Luckily my wall mount can handle 132lbs and is tied into the studs so should be good to go.
Hey Brian, congrats on the new channel, very nice that you started it with the Z9K. Could you include extensive testing of dirty screen effect on this 75" panel? The X95J has been plagued with a lot of it, a severe grid effect that really disappoints, so it'll be good to know if Sony managed to fix that with the Z9K models. Thanks!

I'm interested to know how VRR works with local dimming on this one. Also, how many HDMI 2.1's does it have and what about blacks. Also interested to know how do 1080P games /content look on this 8K set... Thanks!
Question. My LG 77”CX panel was cracked, my son threw the remote into it. The repair guy said it would cost $2100 to repair or offered me a brand new in box C1 for $2500. Should I have the CX fixed and save $350 or get the C1. LG gives a 60 day warranty on the repair and if I purchase the C1 it comes with a 1 year warranty. Advice please.
Although the amount of local dimming zone are an important spec, don't underestimate Sony's ability to expertly control the contrast throughout the entire dynamic tonal range and to accurately follow the EOTF PQ curve. The backlight control algorithm and processing are the most important technical element to get the best HDR picture quality results and Sony knows this very well.
@@valueelectronics9390 yes, but Sony uses too few on their "budget" models, yet other models from Sony and Samsung prove that larger numbers of zones help all over the place. Even Brian said he felt the larger tvs had better PQ because the use more zones. Local dimming came out in 2008/9, and we've seen hundreds of zones used in the past to great effect, so it boggles my mind why they don't use at least 350+ on any TV that had local dimming.
@@TheKwod they have to create different tiers for different price range otherwise noone will buy the higher tier. My six year old Sony x940e has about 256zones and it still beat many TV's with higher number of dimming zones....so it's true that Sony really has great algorithm.
Samsung has a different way of managing blooming however it can dull the image and unfortunately Samsungs entire line up is being effected by the local dimming bug which actually breaks it for now
@@DarkLionn83 do you game? If your main focus is movies check out the Sony A95k...the quantum OLED with Sony is truly amazing. Beats both Samsung s95 and LG G2 for movies.
4k vs 8k, different worlds. 8k is great for 65 inches and beyond due to pixel pitch being twice as small than on 4k. Even if not using 8k content on this tv the 4k content will still look better due to pixel pitch being twice as small. The 8k upscaling on this tv will be flawless, no need for native 8k content. This will be the tv to get if you looking to go big in size.
@@Ab-ru1ew Thanks very much for your comment. I may cancel the order for my 65" A95K as it's been delayed anyway and I will look into this TV but I wonder If it's available in 65" and what would the blacks be like on this TV in a dark room compared to the Sony A95K OLED?
@@Ab-ru1ew what are you smoking! 8k is 4x the pixel count of 4k. That's said 4k will look better on a native 4k panel than on an 8k. That said I expect the backlight control, brightness and contrast to be excellent. I also hope they've managed to at least match qn95b qled for rec2020 colour volume.
@@mattk5020 No way in the world would I cancel a 65" A95K for a 65" LED. Even though it's a masters series. It's still an LED with blooming, imperfect blacks and a much lower color volume than the A95K has. There is also that extra someting that is hard to put into words describing OLED vs LED. The picture looks more natural and life like than LED to me.
Yes, it can be made to be very bright if you like, but it is not at all "Bloomy". In fact the blooming is very very minimal. The "Vivid" and "Standard" picture modes are very bright and exaggerate the blooming as does Brian's camera and your monitor at home.
The Z9D is excellent and one of the best panels ever made however it is getting pretty dated. The processing is miles and miles ahead of back then which effects upscaling and picture quality in general. The pixel response on the z9d also left a trail and while the blacks were phenomenal on the z9d there was loss of detail.
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY Exactly what I was hoping to hear. The Z9D has god-like status and if you say this is significantly better then it's worth considering
So the 85 inch Z9K has a retail price of $9,997. That's about 2 times the current price of a 83 inch Sony A90J 4K OLED. Sure, the Z9K has 4 times the resolution of the A90J, but that extra resolution, as many experts have noted, brings nothing useful to the table in terms of a picture quality improvement, unless viewers sit far closer to a TV than any reasonable person could stand for watching a movie. And Hollywood has no plans of making any movies in 8K anyway, because tests that it sponsored back in 2020 proved that even people with 20/10 vision, which is twice as good as 20/20 vision could only see a slight difference in detail and clarity, when comparing 4K and 8K versions of the same brief clips of nature scenes and animated program material, when those scenes were shown on a $30,000 LG 88 inch 8K OLED. BTW, those test results mean that a person with much more common 20/20 vision, would need to sit at about a 2 and a half foot distance from that 88 inch, ultra expensive, LG 8K OLED, to see the same slight uptick in detail & clarity that those with superb 20/10 vision could barely notice with 8K's higher resolution. So since Sony's 83" 4K A90J is an OLED, it has OLED's unique ability to display absolute black, which is something that NO Mini-LED is capable of. And, for example, when watching scenes in Sci-Fi movies which take place in outer space, like my favorite torture test for black level capability, the Blu-ray of 2013's award winning movie "Gravity", Sony's A90J will totally blow away that same company's Z9K when viewing those beautiful scenes of star fields, as the OLED not only reveals a greater number of the tinier stars, but also magnificently renders deep the deep black of space, but is 100% free of any of the blooming seen with Mini-LED tech. Gee, for the price of just 1 of Sony's Z9K 85" TVs, one can buy 2 Sony A90J 83" OLEDs and each OLED will have better picture quality than the Z9K. Because as experts like video guru Joe Kane, often write, a superior black level is the very foundation needed to achieve top notch picture quality, and that's why the finest studio monitor made is a Sony OLED!
Yeep got X95K 65inch, has some DSE so I’m swapping panels, but with Sony finally getting 10ms input lag, I ain’t ever getting Samsung again, there banding/DSE is horrendous
Me too. No plans at replacing it anytime soon. In my fairly bright living room so no OLED and I belive it's still as good as any current LED or 90% as good so no reason to upgrade.

How is the local dimming quality, especially in a good HDR graded movie? 65" version was supposedly way behind the 85".
Looks and sounds great. As an OLED guy probably not for me but, a beautifully crafted piece of electronics. Sony, again knocks it out of the park.
I wholeheartedly agree. I wouldn't pay that much for an LED TV when you can get a 77" OLED for less than $3000.
@@Nwordplzplz you don't understand the value of backlight master drive
@@Nwordplzplz Today's best OLED TVs have better images than most LED TVs except the Z9 series.
Maybe I will upgrade when the price drops
how would you say it compares to the Z9J from last year? i know it's comparing 8k vs 4k but still curious
Same as you my mind is already made for the x95k.
@@senpaiwaifu9885 Excited for you bro. Have you seen it in person yet? My jaw dropped literally. Couldn’t believe it. Great video Z9K looks impressive
Brian,
I bought a 55” A80J on sale for $999 just before summer.
Finnaly 🔥The Return of the King !
It COULD be the "the King", if it had the same resolution, but used OLED tech. Because, for example, when viewing scenes in Sci-Fi movies, like "Gravity", "Interstellar", or "2001: A Space Odyssey", that are set in outer space, any good quality OLED, regardless of its resolution, will display such scenes with a good deal more realism than the Z9K is capable of, because the Z9K depends on its outmoded LCD/LED back-lit technology, that prevents it from achieving total
black, and the Z9K's back lighting system, even in using mini-LEDs, cannot be 100% free of producing some annoying blooming, which NO OLED suffers from.
@@mrb0775 There is no ideal TV, there are + and - for each technology, my friend, do not teach me inaccurately, I have been dealing with TVs for 12 years and I know the smallest details and image tokens. loved my Z9D and moved to OLED but i really want this guy. how would you compare to Z9D??
So which tv do you like better Brian? The z9k 85” or the Samsung c900?
I'm not in the market. Got the A80J for my bedroom and am still very happy with the Z9D in my living room, but I'm definitely curious to see if Sony gets that masters series LED magic back as they have gotten worse since the Z9D.
It’s strange that a company gets worse on their products. I would assume the master drive was not profitable at the price they were selling them at. The average price for a TV purchase in the US aid $1400. Sony can obviously make these products, they probably are not making money on them.
@v cam Didn't the 65" retail for $3400 in 2016? I can't see how they didn't make a profit?

Please could you reveal how many Hdmi 2.1 ports does it have🙏

How do you compare the Sony z9k with the LG z2?
Z9k being the new flagship with master drive and mini led will definitely make your entire family jaw drop. I am going to wait till next year for price drop then pickup z9k in either 75 or 85. Cheers!
Also would be nice to see the Z9K after a Dnice Calibration.

How about comparing the Z9J to the Z9K? Include the current cost of each set to see which is the best value.
Impossible for me to find a Z9j but I can easily tell you that it's by far the better value in terms of price to performance.

I’m confused. You say this is the return of backlight master drive, yet Sony advertises that on the x95k as well? What am I missing?
First off ... Thank you and V.E. so very much for this video. I know you enjoyed showing this just as much as I did watching it. My viewing area only gets pitch black at night so this is where this tech comes into play the best for my taste. With some fine tweaking this looks like it will be the upgrade and upsize for my 75" Z9D. Only negative for me ☹is the loss of 3D which I enjoy. The Audio sounded really good and clear so it will be interesting how/if the TV's audio will bring any added benefit to my surround sound system.

Who makes Panels for Sony? Japan made or Korean/Taiwan/China ?

I'd like to ask Sony why they use so few local dimming zones on their 4k tvs?

It's still an LED with blooming, imperfect blacks and a much lower color volume than the A95K has. There is also that extra someting that is hard to put into words describing OLED vs LED. The picture looks more natural and life like than LED to me.
If this TV has hdmi 2.1 and the panel it's Fald you still have the issue with vrr and local dimming and it's a shame 😒
If only it was 100”!
I cant have any high expectations for so called Sony 'Flagship LCD' anymore. Its just the same bloomy, bright picture as last year.
Yes, it can be made to be very bright if you like, but it is not at all "Bloomy". In fact the blooming is very very minimal. The "Vivid" and "Standard" picture modes are very bright and exaggerate the blooming as does Brian's camera and your monitor at home.
Sony Z8H pretty good (great light cannon and great depth) since i still have it since December 2020. But on paper the Sony Z9K should be better.
Z8H was excellent! Processor is improved here as well as being mini led with better control of the backlight.
I'm sure it the camera taking video of the screen, but it looks washed out.
Any dirty screen?
Please guestimate how much better this is than the Z9D
The Z9D is excellent and one of the best panels ever made however it is getting pretty dated. The processing is miles and miles ahead of back then which effects upscaling and picture quality in general. The pixel response on the z9d also left a trail and while the blacks were phenomenal on the z9d there was loss of detail.
@@BRIANSTECHTHERAPY Exactly what I was hoping to hear. The Z9D has god-like status and if you say this is significantly better then it's worth considering
😱😱😱👌
Its my new baby
Why these companies putting out 8k when they haven't master 4k yet.. but this TV nice tho
Please someone buy me this 85 inch tv. Kindness and generosity will be passed on.
OLED = Burn In in the next years, i am agréé with Sony technologie
Z9k is a tank compared to samsung tv’s this year that feel like a cardboard box
QN800B is well build.
@@Ab-ru1ew until it starts bending
Yeep got X95K 65inch, has some DSE so I’m swapping panels, but with Sony finally getting 10ms input lag, I ain’t ever getting Samsung again, there banding/DSE is horrendous
@@Zoranurai13 wrong tv, that is the S95.
Qn90B have less Blooming than that
What's the point of 8K ? not many stuff available and i doubt much is coming out in the years to come. so 8k nor for me.
Above 55 inch u need to go 8k. The 8k upscaling is doing wonders today, no need for native 8k content.
Not much point my friend as we have no 8k content but it's here and is the best Sony Led available. Thank you for watching
@@Ab-ru1ew - i don't think you will see any tremendous difference it"s just marketing.
@@piensluc7444 only if you knew how terribly wrong you are.
@@piensluc7444 wrong. I have a z9j and the difference is insane.
I still have the Sony z9d 65in lol
Me too. No plans at replacing it anytime soon. In my fairly bright living room so no OLED and I belive it's still as good as any current LED or 90% as good so no reason to upgrade.
@@paulgrochowski3289 hi Paul, great tv I just picked up the lg c1 65 in for 1300 dollars open box for gaming purposes with the new features, but z9d is still a quality TV no doubt
I still have my x940e it's still awesome for 4k HDR movies. Gonna wait to see the pricing drop for this z9k beast
@@IronCan88 That would be cool if the Z9K has the contrast ratio of the Z9D plus it's 8k and better color volume..
Master Mayan Series as opposed to Takumi Series. Precision Made in Mexico. no Japan
Where was the audio analysis? WTF
The last two minutes if the vid you can hear it for yourself as well as the speaker specs on screen. Thank you for watching
