@altra8911 I imported parts for it. Yes from over seas. The cylinder head was too far gone. And sadly I didn't have my tig welder at the time or I would have tried to weld it ! The cyl head is cracked around all the valve seats and injector cups
@@rileypaterson7117 Huh mines head is at the machine shop and its got cracks too they are checking if its gonna be a problem if not then its going back on and its living with its 15 psi of boost again.
I actually traded this one. But it had a broken head stud amd cracked head and injector cups very difficult to fix and impossible to find a replacement head for it I did order alot of parts to rebuild it. New cam and gear, head gasket, belts , oil pump, was getting expensive and paying insurance on top just wanted to focus on the 68 Ford falcon im putting a 5.3 ls into now
want one of these so bad, love the sound of the 1.8 and 2.0. i have a 84 corolla 1.8 diesel which is very rare in u.s, no turbo tho

You basically can't find parts for it. I had to give up on it sadly but I traded it for a few engines and a bunch of parts for the ls swap I'm doing 👌
