최룡 해 조선노동당 부회장이 방이나 행사에 들어올 때 연주되는 음악으로, 최고 지도자가 나타날 때 연주하는 따뜻한 환영의 노래와 비슷하다.
This is the music that plays when Choe Ryong Hae, President of the Presidium and Vice Chairman of the Workers’ Party enters a room or appears at an event, similar to the “Song for the Warm Welcome” that is played when the Supreme Leader appears. This song is also on my channel.
If anyone knows the real name of this Horn please tell me :)

Sounds like inspired from Lupang Hinirang.
I wouldn’t trust North Korea not to copy to an extent or base their anything on something from abroad, they do it a lot. It’s not like the North Korean people would ever know about it anyway
Perhaps they didn’t notice that a portion is based as such. Imagine it being played by Banda Malabon and it may end thinking that the composer would been listened to Lupang Hinirang
