Excellent video Nick! I certainly believe there is a chosen rumination and a an automatic rumination. We can choose to not dive in deeper to the chosen rumination but we need to radically accept that we may or may not get thru our day with having automatic rumination. Keep up the great content 💪

    Thank you
Can you do a post on starting to breakdown beliefs
My 18 year old is having a hard time diving into the start of it !

I tried to control my rumination, it was constant. It did not work 1 bit. Im working on my beliefs and this is working a lot better for me.

I enjoyed a lot of your videos, however I am from Brazil and you speak very fast for me to understand it on the first try. I have to rewatch the video and then I think i miss some important information and compulsively repeat the seconds I think i didn't understand what you have said. Funny. I would be really glad if you spoke a bit slower, not for reassurance, but for comprehension though. Thanks for your informative content and intentions.

Hey Igor - trying to control the speed of others talk is a common compulsion, not easy to hear I know - I get this a lot. I would work on accepting others may speaker faster and you lose some information, not easy, but you can do it.
