Can't believe I didn't make a comment 3 years ago I went through mental health disability panic, ptsd, major depression...this recording was a life saver!! It wasn't corny, mystical, reverb, etc. Not only that, the content is perfect. Every word selected and targeted. I recommend it to my clients. Thank you. Curious to know where your knowledge of these techniques originated.

After searching for a long time, this is by far the best meditation guidance for concentration. I have used it already many times. There seems to be a problem with your website and it doesnt appear properly for chrome. I have also problem downloading your android destress app. Is there a technical glitch?
I enjoy the texture and the ambience - but how can I focus on my breath when you talk so much, it's a common enough issue with many meditations unfortunately. The pattern of your instruction means that the mind is anticipating the interruption. Unfortunately you don't get to enjoy the silence. My mind is processing what you are saying for too much of the meditation. Longer spaces between instruction for the meditator to find that space. Thank you for making this.
