I’m not going to lie here Baxter wasted so much game time that he should have definitely been booked if not sent off, the referee was sooo biased to Bolton and that should have been a penalty! What is the point of VAR when they can’t use it properly! Don’t get me wrong we played awful today but we should have won by that penalty.
Thogden you cannot make a title saying I visited the worst football stadium. Firstly, while your stadium is bigger, Bolton are some little league one team who have players in your team that at Luton barely could make the bench so shut up with your view hungry clickbait titles like that other vlog where you got" kicked out the stadium" we you literally were told to calm down. In the second half Bolton were bad and your terrible teams best attempt all game was a free kick into the wall. So hopefully you go to the replay watch your league one team get battered and then watch them throw league one and never play good football again

Thank you for this fair review of the Luton ground, yes it is in an old part of the town but I could tell that you and your fellow fans were really enjoying your time at the match. Yes there is something really special about 'The Kenny' and sadly it probably will be lost when the new stadium is eventually built.
I think it is fantastic with Luton, from a non leauge team with a stadium, with the most iconic away end.
I remember when Luton and us were relegated to league two together in 2007/2008 thinking we would both get liquidated and then we were both docked more points in 2008/2009. I will forever respect Luton and glad we’re both in the premier league together these days. 🍒 👒

My jaw hit the floor, had to replay it twice just to make sure he actually said it, just paused the video to have a little rant and there you were. We are half way through the season FFS, and he has no clue? I mean, Wow, just WOW! Unbelievable!! COYW!!
Just the path into the stands already makes it quirky, different and interesting... It's neither modern, convenient nor particularly safe. But it's unique, characterful and has a certain charm. All of which are hallmarks of - at least for my taste - a great venue.
Imagine saying 14 years ago Bolton would be mass underdogs against Luton 😂

Indeed 13 years ago I watched Telford then both in the conference play at Luton and win, Luton current manager is an ex Telford manager, they are where they deserve to be now.

Was at Luton yesterday, obviously! Didn’t see thogden. Im an absolute massive Luton fan and have my WHOLE life! Very disappointed bout the result, we should’ve won, we were all over yous in the second half! You wanderers had THE BEST away games I’ve ever seen. Hats off to you guys.

Kenilworth Road has become unique over time, as grounds which shared similar characteristics have been lost. Filbert Street had turnstiles built into houses too, sadly I never went there.
A good few years ago I went to the Manor Ground at Oxford, that was another tightly packed in atmospheric ground, a proper jumble of stands and terraces. Such old grounds had real character any many ways were better places to enjoy the game than from the bland bowls which despite being modern have cramped and uncomfortable seats (yes I know Luton's seats are cramped but the ground isn't built as a purpose built all seater).
I've been to Kenilworth Road a couple of times. First time in the away end and the second as neutral after I told my girlfriend about it and she wanted to see it for herself.
Funny it's not so long ago you could easily buy a ticket for a game. Just shows what success does for crowds.

As a Luton fan I love the stadium even though I only went there last season vs Grimsby as I live in the midlands. As you said it is an iconic stadium and all the haters are not real football fans and only like modern things and note some good old fashion

Well done to bolton from a luton fan. Really lacked in capitalising our chances today. And the atmosphere wasn’t as good as other matches. The bolton fans were great though, loud throughout the whole game. A well thought and deserved draw for bolton.
I find the ground of Lutons way better then ,what Bolton plays in, some soulless ground in the middle of nowhere next to a motorway! With no amenities around it! Give me lutons ground any day of the week! At least it has pubs and other amenities in walking distance plus your view is closer to the pitch!

Luton Fan here. Glad you got to experience the iconic away entrance!! The 'old girl'(Kenilworth road) to Luton fans is a thing of beauty. Was quiet from Luton fans for this game but the atmosphere is rediculous when the crowd are up cos it's so tight in. Bolton noisy though!!! Rnjoy the reply.
Most new football grounds are characterless and soulless and just an extension on retail parks. I love the old grounds embedded into the community and we’re losing that rapidly. It’s difficult to articulate but if you rip a club out of the community, you rip the the community out of the club. When Coventry left Highfield Road I was devastated. It was a great old ground with a lot of atmosphere and a beating heart and we swapped that for the lifeless stone tomb of the Ricoh/CBS. Progress doesn’t always mean that things get better.

Have you ever been in that stand? The seats are too tight to sit comfortably. The stewards clearly know this and there's no issues standing up.
There’s something raw and nice seeing Theo record and upload Bolton games. Just awesome seeing him happy and having fun being a fan at the game for the team in his heart. The big games of bigger teams are fun too, but these videos are what made me find and sub to him in the first place
Hopefully the BBC and ITV start showing some of the possible cup upsets rather than their awful choice of matches this weekend.

Everton fan here, Goodison may be an amazing stadium which we’re moving soon, but I’ll admit Kenilworth Road is a beautiful stadium with so much character to it. It does truly feel like a stadium with an amazing atmosphere.

Bolton had many followers in Denmark like 20-25 years ago. They were many danes in the squad. Michael Johansen, Per Frandsen, Bo Hansen, Henrik Pedersen, Stig Tøfting, Claus Jensen as I remember.
Looking at the game today I feel Bolton will go through to the 4th Round through the 3rd Round Reply! It will be close! Glad they managed to hold on against a strong Luton Town Side

Well done Bolton! one team is in the Prem and the other in league 1, there are single players at Luton worth more than Bolton's entire side and Bolton wasn't even presenting it's best possible team against Luton. And it was a draw, with Bolton having Luton on the ropes at certain points.

Just like when Luton played City, 1 City player worth more than our starting 11 and they scraped a 2-1 win. Luton are punching in the prem. Rob Edwards put a lot of the 2nd team out to give them minutes, it wasn't our strongest side
